LIVING NICK (Attraction)
After weeks of talking about her, Nick finally meets Jimmy's new girlfriend, Allie. He soon finds himself liking her as he believes Allie feels the same way about him. Nick, Allie, and Jimmy all spend the afternoon together, and while Allie seems to be coming on to Nick, Nick tries his best to ignore her advances to keep his friendship with Jimmy.
(To Be Continued)

COLLEGE (Drop Out)
When Robert finds out that he has been dumped by Brittany, he thinks he should drop out of college. Brittany says one breakup isn’t worth ruining your life, and dropping out. Collin, meanwhile, pursues his chance with Brittany. Brittany believes it is important for them to stay friends for the time being. We later learn that the girl Robert had been on a date with in the last episode is Kate. The secret is safe, for now. Kate convinces Robert to stay in college, and he happily agrees. Kate tries to think how to break the news to Brittany. Kate walks into Brittany’s room, and ….. TO BE CONTINUED!

ASSISTANTS (The Lunch Orders)
One of the assistants is sent to get lunch orders for all three offices but lunch time may turn into dinner time when the orders aren't correct.

DYNASTY (The Campaign Begins)
Jeff Colby makes it official and announces that he is running for governor of Colorado. Among Jeff’s first duties include hiring a campaign manager. One of the applicants is Regina Carlyle (played by new cast member Dina Meyer), but having only been associated with losing campaigns, she is passed over by Jeff. In another campaign move, Jeff asks his brother-in-law, Steven Carrington (who is an environmental lawyer in Washington, D.C.) to stay in Colorado and be an environmental consultant on his campaign. Lauren Colby and Daniel Carrington have some damage control to do. Lauren is relieved when Krystina agrees to keep quite about finding Lauren passed out in the bathroom at Krystina’s nightclub, Altitude, the night before. Krystina also allows Lauren to stay with her while she’s in Colorado, but Lauren promises that she has her drug and alcohol problem under control and what happened at the club will not happen again. Daniel is grateful that Jamie DeKimmel decided not to press assault charges against him (Daniel had hit Jamie at the art museum the night before as Jamie went to hug Daniel), however, Jamie wants nothing more to do with Daniel and tells him to stay away from him or he will press charges in the future. Despite telling Krystina she has her problems under control, Lauren shows up drunk at her father, Jeff’s campaign press conference. After causing an embarrassing scene, Regina Carlyle, who is attending the press conference, jumps up to command the podium and handles the unfortunate incident like a pro, leading Jeff to reverse his earlier decision and hire her as his campaign manager. Genny becomes jealous and angry when B.J. continues to spend more time with Sydney than with her, prompting Genny to accuse B.J. of wanting more than friendship from Sydney. B.J. is stunned that Genny doesn’t trust him and tells her that perhaps they need to “take some time off”. While storming out of the Carrington mansion, Genny (literally) runs into Daniel, who notes that she is in no condition to drive and offers to take her to a hotel. Genny reluctantly agrees, after Daniel offers to pay for the room. When the two arrive at the hotel, Daniel walks Genny up to her room, but in a moment of weakness, Genny kisses Daniel and the two enter the hotel room together. Regina, newly hired as Jeff's campaign manager takes a call and assures the person on the other end that "everything is going according to plan." After having dinner with B.J., Sydney returns home, but is followed by the person who has been stalking her and B.J. Once inside her apartment, the unknown stalker knocks on the door and shocks Sydney by his presence when she answers the door.

PIFN:
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (Pacific Vista: Are You Ready For Your Closeup?)
With Emily visiting her mother in London for the weekend, Esteban and Schweitzer talk Clark into leasing Pacific Vista for a movie scene, unaware it is to be shot the same weekend as the club's huge annual tournament. They are then left to manage the club as usual while pleasing the tournament visitors, while meanwhile handling a movie shoot which is happening just around the corner. When the producers insist in shooting a scene on the golf course, Esteban and Schweitzer are forced to agree, while doing their best to rush the golf tournament.

EDUCATING LEWIS (The Faculty Meeting)
Mr. Tanner leads his first faculty meeting, which doesn't end with good results. Things already aren't easy when he comes face-to-face with Jackie for the first time since the last day of school the preview year, the day they broke-up. Trying to handle things in a mature manner, he finds himself unable to do so when she decides she wants the relationship to continue where it left off. When Mr. Tanner just can't have that, she threatens to quit, leaving him in a predicament he can't seem to find a way out of.

ROSIE (Second Chances)
Rosie (Roseanne) takes pregnant daughter Scarlet (Adrianne Palicki) to see Old Doctor Wilson, the “best doctor in Comanche County” (probably because he’s the only doctor in Comanche County) and even delivered Scarlet. When the two arrive at his office, they are shocked to learn that he has retired and moved to Arizona, leaving the practice to his son, Andy Wilson (recurring guest star Sean Patrick Flanery), whom Rosie takes an immediate liking to. While in town, Rosie and Scarlet meet Ronnie (Ron White) and his girlfriend Penny (recurring guest star Jessica Simpson) at a small restaurant so Rosie can finally sign their divorce papers. When Rosie discovers that the papers need to be notarized, she and Ronnie make plans to meet the next day to finalize their divorce. The next day, Rosie has a lunch date with Dr. Andy and arrives late to her meeting with Ronnie. When Ronnie finds out why Rosie is late, he gets jealous and once the papers have been signed, sealed, and delivered, wonders if he made a mistake cheating on Rosie and throwing his marriage away.

LIFE HAPPENS (Women Are From Venus, Men Are Pigs)
Last time on LIFE HAPPENS…New York photojournalist Melody Edens learned that Markus Haig, an ex-flame whom she had a six month affair with several years ago, is her new boss at “Couture” magazine.

Melody and her friends, boutique owner Ivonne Del Rico and book editor Valerie Thomas, debate whether or not she should risk attempting to reconnect with ex-flame (and new boss) Markus. The girls split on their opinions: Valerie thinks Melody should go for it; Ivonne advises that it’s time to move on. Melanie, in a sign of desperation, even asks her playboy roommate Darren for advice.

Meanwhile, Ivonne and Valerie are having man troubles of their own. Ivonne made a date with Eric (guest star Steven Sandvoss), a cute guy who came into her boutique looking for a gift for his sister, but he stands her up; Valerie and her husband Ben are at odds over whether to enroll their young son Jaron into public of private school (as usual, Valerie ends up winning the argument and Jaron will be going to private school).

Melody gets an idea of where her true feelings for Markus lay when she sees him having a dinner date with a woman. The feelings of jealousy come as a surprise to Melody, who decides to try and make a go of it with Markus. At the “Couture” offices, Melody confronts Markus, who playfully teases Melody about being jealous. The woman whom Markus was having dinner with unexpectedly shows up at the office and Markus introduces her to Melody. The mystery woman turns out to be Markus’ sister, Allie (guest star Lindsey McKeon).

BLUEST BLOOD (The Fugitive)
Abigail goes to NYU to investigate the disappearance of her younger sister’s roommate. However, midway through her investigation, she is whisked away by the FBI to try to find her father whose MO resurfaced in Baltimore. Simone starts to question things when blood samples and DNA start to go missing. Michelle is still shaken up from the home invasion. She is panicking on what can happen to her mother and sister and seeks a therapist to deal with it. Adam and David go up to NYU to finish Abby’s investigation. Russell recruits Emily (Special Guest Star: Laura Innes) to help Arianna when Carter learns that she started drinking heavily again. Carter is looking into the forged badges with an old friend who is high up in the government chain. Emily has some bad news to deliver to Russell. The FBI tells Russell that they may have a leak in the department. Gregory is secretly putting together a dossier on everyone in the precinct. Abby returns home to discover a letter from someone “anonymous” telling her about her father in great detail. Carter’s friends find a connection with all the homes that were broken into, they were all helped by Rita’s foundation, they were a part of her humanitarian efforts.

I don't have any for MbN but for PIFN I have a "few". Wink But I will just name 2. "Running on Empty" and "The Online Life". They both make me tired.

Love the question tonight! Since I'm president of PIFN, I won't say anything there, but for MBN, it would have to be Fighting Temptation - with no updates or anything, I would have cut the show back to its 1 or 2 best airings and filled in the other slots with repeats. If they can keep update the next cycle this summer, then it could be a very strong hit for them.

For cancellations...

I would have to second the nomination of "Fighting Temptation". For starters, the premise just doesn't appeal to me.

For PIFN, that's a bit trickier. I'm not all that familiar with their entire line-up, so I would have to say "Sing Your Heart Out" by default. The reason: like with "Temptation", it's just not a premise I would be attracted to.

By the way, no hard feelings if the creators of either series read this.

No offense to any by these:

For PIFN prob. the Online Life, I think it brings down their Monday line-up.

Oh and any show written by me on PIFN because they aren't really written by me anymore.

I would cancel Online Life or Dr. Hypocrite on PIFN. Do you have any idea how hard it is to write a show you hate? lol, and you voters keeping watching it for some reason that I'm pretty sure God can't work out lol.

On MBN I would cancel Assistants (Although, I didn't, I actually saved it Wink)

This is a fun question, so fun I had to bring myself to reply to it (I'm sure your all dieing to know my opinions.)

MBN - Plenty of front runners for this position. Livink Nick (Boring), the dreaded Assistants (Quality has improved, AndreW sent me the episodes up to Christmas, but I still don't like it), Coffee Confessions (It was a good premise but 1 line descriptions has ruined the whole concept for me), Generations Apart (It aired previously and I see it's planning a return, not cool guys). While all these shows I'd be happy to see the back of, the show I'm going with that needs to go is No Hard Feelings, it has become a hit on Sunday's, but the show sucks something shocking.

I would have said Fighting Temptation however it only failed because you gave up on it, keep it to Summer, keep it interesting a vierwers will come, so FT is not on my list. And another confession, I've really warmed up to Proud?!

PIFN - The Online Life (I just can't get on board with this show), Sing Your Heart Out (Sorry, it's just not working), Heartbreak River (Boring!), Dan's Chart of Destiny (Yawn city), Doctor Hypocrite (Has anyone else noticed that in the space of 3 episodes the daughter almost died and then became a missing persons case), Survivors: Revisited 9Who cares?). However the show I think needs to go is Bluest Blood, I loved episode 1 and then after it every episode that followed was one major disappointment.

You Got The Wrong Man and Sublunary Existence managed to stay off the list, for now, let's just hope these shows don't get old and boring quickly.

This may not be possible but can there be some sort of permanent chart below the DAILY QUESTION listing which show is on which network and the type of show..It would make things easier because its hard to remember what show is on what network. It could look like this
PIFN
BLACK TARMAC (DRAMA)
OPEN TO PUBLIC (COMEDY)
SUVIVORS REVISTED (REALITY)
or
even create categories for
Drama, Comedy, Reality.
Just a suggestion.

Based on the numbers so far...

I'm glad to see there is still interest in "Dynasty". After being shuffled from one network (UPN) to another (MBN) and having several repeat airings, viewers appear to be sticking with it.

"Educating Lewis" seems to be the weak link in the new PIFN Wednesday comedy bloc. Why does it seem like every two hour comedy bloc - even the ones on the real networks - seem to have one series that does noticeably worse (i.e. "Accidentally on Purpose", "Parks & Recreation", "Hank", etc.) than the other three?

I enjoy Lewis Black, the star of "Lewis", but I admit that he could grow old after a while, so I don't know how long I would stick with "Lewis" if it were an actual comedy.
