But worst overall? C'mon now. Actually, I don't see much difference between her acting/character on this show and on Seinfeld. It's almost too similar if I was to get critical.

To me, neither she nor Sarah Chalke belonged in the category. I (and perhaps other people) voted for Tia Mowry by default even though I've never seen her show. Same scenario with Mischa Barton in the last category. None of the other nominees seemed so heinous that they should be there, so I picked Mischa Barton, whom I couldn't pick out of a line-up. (I would have voted for Trump or Springer in a heartbeat.)

Ask Marc why Sarah Chalke was a nominee because he suggested her.
I know Alec Baldwin was nominated as Best Actor in that other TV awards show today but I've seen that show - to me, I don't think there really is a lead male actor on that show - just Tina Fey as lead actress. However, next year, I guess I'll have to transfer him over to the lead category.

I wondered about that too. Is it possible that they thought he might stand a better shot at winning in the lead category?
Yes, the people who seeded this Lemon Award bake-off list really have a hate-on for MyNetworkTV.
Unfairly so. I have seen four of the six telenovellas, and they are Brechtian epic theatre compared to the monotonous, crimetime drivel of CBS.
I agree with you, xwiseguyx. Most people who disparage MNT have never watched the network, but they love to toss arrows at it for fun. All MyNetworkTV is lacking is ratings, but even that is beginning to change.

Now if you exclude Bo, Conchita, Morgan and Tatum?
Oh, you'd be wrong, dumont - I watched Fashion House from episode one, so I know I have a right to state it as bad TV. Of course, I have to admit that the show was a delightful, guilty pleasure, but now, you have to admit that it's not Brechtian whatever - it was loaded with bad acting and that's what being "rewarded" here.
And, I've seen most of Wicked Wicked Games and enough of Desire to qualify for an opinion to include them as nominees.
If you don't like the MyNetworkTV nominees here, don't vote for them to win. Out of the 24 nods it received, I think I only voted for 2 to win. Odds are that they may not win, but you have to remember - it's the network's fault for placing such sans-quality entertainment on television in the first place.
By the way, the theme song to this year's Lemons - Chesterwhite's "Good At Being Bad" (Fashion House theme!): fitting title for the nominees here who were VERY good at being bad!

After the God aweful Mere'death' 3-part episode, Grey's Anatomy's nomination for Best Drama seems like a huge waste of a spot. That show really lost its way this season...I really don't see its ratings staying where they were last year for the entire 07-08 season.
Regarding Fashion House, sometimes in the midst of some of the bad acting going on, there were some decent actors that I think were wrongfully nominated. Joel Berti was actually quite good in his evil role. Mike Begovich also did a decent job (and he was wonderful in the independent movie called Hard Pill which I highly recommend). If they were on any other network, you wouldn't be mentioning their names and their only crime was being associated with this show.
On the other hand, Taylor Kinney was deserving of the nomination despite being handsome as hell.
And in the actress category, I could agree with the Mini Anden and Donna Feldman nominations, but Natalie Martinez is another one that was wrongfully thrown in and I'm sure you didn't even see her on Saints & Sinners to warrant her that nomination.
Based on what was posted, I can safely conclude that the actual performances were not taken into consideration when the nominations were posted. The awards are a great idea, but it would be nice if the performances were actually viewed objectively.

That's what I thought.

I did take their performances into consideration and it did warrant nominations.
Also, I was objective; like I wrote before, I enjoyed Fashion House as a guilty pleasure - not being objective is not nominating the "actors" on this show. I also loved to follow Melrose Place but there too, I would have nominated just about everyone in that cast, if this forum were online at that time.
Relax, xwiseguyx - based on these early projections, none of these supporting actors and actresses will win any Lemons... Bo Derek, on the other hand, could possibly win.

Excellent point. Another case of the academy totally not getting it.
