Apparently. According to wikipedia (which can't always be trusted) Paramount said that GF and Game will resume shooting in August. Who makes he decisions at CW?!

Well like you said Wikipedia can't always be trusted. I remeber when Wikipedia said Veronica Mars was averaging 4.5 million viewers this season. Someone could just be making it up or it could be true. I will believe it when The CW issues a press release.

I'm inclined to believe this, though. All of Us is the biggest weak spot on Mondays, and The Game can't be that expensive because it's only in its first year. Also (and, yes, I know I place a lot of value in outdoor advertising) CW put a Girlfriends/The Game billboard on Sunset Boulevard recently (replacing the PCD one). Why would they do that with only 2-3 episodes remaining if they were planning on cancelling either/both (since it's a shared-creative billboard)?

I agree that they will probably be renewed...I'm just saying that reading something on Wiki hardly makes it official. But given the departures of Gilmore Girls and 7th Heaven, The CW will have to renew something.

No, actually this would actually be a somewhat good decision. Girlfriends and The Game pull in the highest A18-34 numbers (CW's target demographic) of all the comedies (and higher than 7th Heaven and Veronica Mars), even with less total viewers.
That said, saying, "according to wikipedia" is like saying ... "according to anonymous person #29597867239 on the Internet who posted that." Seriously.
