What did you think of the 'Gossip Girl' pilot?

I was very disappointed. 'Palms' even had a better pilot. For a show that aims to be the new 'O.C.' it lacked any intensity or real gusto.

For the closing scene, I thought Serena should have slapped Chuck across the face instead of that shove or push thing that she did which was rather bad acting on her part. Although I did like Blair, Jenny and Dan, however Nate and Serena was definitely a large disappointment. Nate was just awful since from what I understood he is a lot more charming in the books but he is just bland in the show.

I thought it was better than One Tree Hill. I might watch it again.

Haha there is no way it was better than OTH, but I will admit I do like Gossip Girl
