You're right, but the timeslot could be switched to an hour where it won't destroy the whole night (say like 9:30 out of comedy repeats). That way at least a Top Model or Smallville repeat could lead into Life is Wild.

*HAs anyone heard about the pilot for the CW, ghost and/or host?

Here is my guess for what the CW will actually do come January:
Sunday: 6:00 Girlfriends Repeats 5:30 The Game Repeats 6:00 Gossip Girl Repeats 7:00 CW Now or Comedy Repeats 7:30 CW Now or 8 Days a Week or Comedy Repeats 8:00 One Tree Hill 9:00 Pussy Cat Dolls: Girlicious Encore
CW might air if the CW still has people willing to sponsor the half-hour in exchange for having their products featured on the show. Maybe it'll slide back an hour, to expand the repeat block. If not, then maybe 8 Days a Week will get thrown in to be a lead in/out. I think that Life will go from wild to canceled. Then, One Tree Hill will get put here and they'll hope for the best.
Monday: 8:00 EHC 8:30 AIA 9:00 Girlfriends 9:30 The Game
I doubt they'd alter this night even though repeats on UPN from years ago actually did better in the ratings.....but whatever.
Tuesday: 8:00 Farmer 9:00 Reaper
Farmer will get her since it fits the awkward/strange factor that Geek had. I doubt Reaper will have no problem getting the back 9. It may not have big ratings, but like Veronica Mars, it's got the fans on it's side.
I think the Pussycat Dolls will air here (since no way the CW would air a "singing" competition show against American Idol. Gossip Girl already has a full order and after all the money spent on advertising it, it doubt it'll move.
I think many of us are starting to see something here. And after comparing last year's comedy sunday to this years performance, it tells me, maybe it should move the comedies back again.
So a new thought.
Monday Life is Wild One Tree Hill
Tuesday Beauty & the Geek (Farmer Wants a Wife) Reaper
Wednesday America's Next Top Model (Pussycat Dolls) Gossip Girl (Crowned)
Thursday Smallville Supernatural
Friday Smackdown
Sunday CW Now Aliens in America Repeat (8 Days a Week) Aliens in America Original Everyone Hates Chris Girlfriends The Game
And not having read the last page, this might be exactly like someone elses. If it is, good job, I am just validating you idea.

I like parts of your schedule, but not others. Tuesday, for example, is not good. Reaper is the new show with the most potential on CW and you have 'Farmer Wants a Wife' as the lead-in? B&tG is weak enough that it shouldn't be leading in either, but Farmer? Yikes!
Flopping Sunday and Monday likely won't effect the comedies' ratings too much, but CW made the switch because CW values Monday more than Sunday. I think that it is a long term strategy. CW feels that Sunday may end up like Saturday and be lost to reruns or local programming. (The other newtworks are in the same situation with Friday as they put 'less valued' programming there, but CW has Smackdown to protect Friday). Anyway, breaking the comedy block onto two different nights may be a solution for the weak Monday ratings, but dumping two of them onto Sunday just doesn't look like a good strategy for CW long term.
This is all moot. Guessing games are fun. Take a shot in the dark and you might hit the target. But everyday I see something else that might work. Then again will anything work with the Writers Strike.
So here is my 47539345th one...
Monday Everybody Hates Chris Aliens in America Life is Wild
Tuesday Gossip Girl One Tree Hill
Wednesday America's Next Top Model Reaper
Thursday Smallville Supernatural
Friday Smackdown
Sunday CW Now 8 Days a Week Girlfriends The Game Pussycat Dolls Present
I pull Beauty and the Geek off, it can't support two cycles like ANTM can. Give PCD its own spot and then use Farmer Wants a Wife and Crowned as haitus filler or after a show ends for the season.
So Monday is family night, Tuesday is teen soapy goodness, Wednesday is humpday going from female to male programming for the rest of the week, Thursday is scifi/fantasy flair, Friday is wrastlin' and Sunday sort of becomes Pop Culture night. Sunday and Monday both play to the minority crowds.

Your schedule is the best I've seen so far, yet it needs some tweeks.
Reaper or Life is Wild should be instead of PCD. Both could work there, but since LiW fits the genra in Monday, I'd suggest that Reaper to replace PCD. Reaper just doesn't fit after ANTM. Now PCD should be on 8 at tuesdays. It'll be able to lead the night, while GG and OTH won't be able to do so. Then either GG or OTH should be at 9 on tuesday or wednesdays. Either would be fine I guess, but it'll probably be GG in wednesday since the CW cares about it more than OTH. So here's the final schedule:
Monday: Everybody Hates Chris Aliens in America Life is Wild (or Reaper)
Tuesday: Pussycat Dolls Present One Tree Hill (or GG)
Wednesday America's Next Top Model Gossip Girl (or OTH)
Thursday Smallville Supernatural
Friday Smackdown
Sunday CW Now 8 Days a Week Girlfriends The Game Reaper (or LiW)
ANTM and PCD can be repleaced with the other reality shows later on. If 8 Days a Week doesn't work, comedy repeats, probably AiA, would be replaced.
