But they aren't getting rid of the kids programming block, they are just turning it over to 'outhouse' rather than 'inhouse' production, right? They are still expecting kids to tune in on Saturday morning, they are just changing the cartoon lineup so that they will now, likely, be expecting the kids to tune in for cable reruns that have been repurposed for this broadcast.
If any network (CW, FOX, etc...) really wants kids to be interested in Saturday morning cartoons, they need to make those cartoons first run, interesting, and tied in to some sort of toy available at the stores.
