While watching Reaper tonight it occurred to me that both Sam (the Reaper) and Joan (on Girlfriends) seem to be driving Honda Hybrids. Girlfriends even included the car in the dialog, commenting that it only took a 1/4 tank of gas to drive to Mexico. So, do any of the other CW shows have Honda cars featured in them? I wonder how much money CW makes off of the product placements?

Also, while watching Reaper tonight I noticed the typical slew of ads for CW's other shows. Most of the ads would qualify as the same old style/promo stuff that CW always does, with one exception: The Aliens in America ad featured a song as much as the show and made the entire ad look like a music video of show clips. It was very well done.

I thought the Aliens video was kind of dumb, but I did notice the Honda product placement. And how about tonight's Reaper ep! What a rebound of a week two episode that left me wondering where it would go.
