For my vote the competition is between vlis and samcat but I think vlis has the upper hand because his spin is more diverse.

WelcomeToK-VilleAmericanGladiators (When K-Ville was on this poster did some of the best spins I've seen on this board on the same level as vlis, managing to spin K-Ville's performance positively every week)
