MONDAY:
8:00pm FOX Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
8:00pm CBS The Big Bang Theory
8:30pm CBS How I Met Your Mother
9:00pm CBS Two and a Half Men
9:30pm CBS Worst Week
Obviously, with the timeslot conflict on Monday, something will have to get time shifted. If
BBT stays good enough to watch, I will likely timeshift
T:SCC so I can bypass the commercial interruptions and shorten the timeshifted hour. Otherwise,
HIMYM will get timeshifted and
Terminator will be watched live. In either case,
2&1/2Men will only be watched if I am really bored and
WW will get initially sampled.
TUESDAY:
9:00pm ABC Scrubs
9:00pm FOX Fringe
Scrubs will only be watched if I am really bored and
Fringe will get initially sampled. Once again, Tuesday looks like a really bad night of TV for me.
WEDNESDAY:
8:00pm ABC Pushing Daisies
8:00pm CW America's Next Top Model
8:00pm CBS The New Adventures of Old Christine
8:30pm CBS Gary Unmarried
9:00pm CW Stylista
9:30pm FOX Do Not Disturb
Wednesday is my mega-timeslot-conflict night. Things may get a whole lot easier if the new shows to sample (
Gary,
Stylista, &
DND) get discontinued from my viewing schedule. Also, I stopped watching
Old Christine last season because it got so bad. I'm just hoping it can improve this Fall. Meanwhile, the timeslot conflict for
ANTM and
PD is the most irritating one on the Fall schedule.
THURSDAY:
8:00pm CBS Survivor
10:00pm ABC Life on Mars
10:00pm NBC ER
LoM will get initially sampled.
Survivor and
ER are MUST SEE TV. I may record and try to sample
Kath&Kim and
Earl if I am really bored, but neither show even looks promising.
FRIDAY:
9:00pm CBS The Ex-List
10:00pm NBC Life
Both of these will get an initial sample (I only caught one episode of Life last season and never got back to it), but Friday really isn't a good broadcast TV night - culture dictates it as a movie night.
SATURDAY: Nothing at all worth looking at.
SUNDAY:
7:30pm CW Surviving Suburbia
8:00pm NBC Sunday Night Football
8:00pm CW Valentine's Inc.
8:00pm CBS Amazing Race
8:00pm FOX The Simpsons
9:00pm CW Easy Money
Sunday night is primarily NFL and NASCAR overrun time, but I will sample most of the CW/MRC lineup since those I listed at least sound like they have potential. When
Amazing Race is on, I can check out sports on the commercials and the FOX animated stuff is only going to get watched if I am really bored.
OTHER:
CW Reaper: Whenever/wherever it is placed on the schedule,
I am there as it was one of the best new shows on TV last season.
Sci-Fi Battlestar Galactica: Won't be around until 2009, but I'll be there to watch.
FOX Dollhouse: Will definitely get an initial sample when it airs.
NBC Blue Blood: Will get an initial sample if it actually reaches the air.
