I can't even watch Hell's Kitchen any more after watching The Next Food Network Star and Top Chef. It's amazing that the ratings for that show are so much higher. (Even if those are cable shows, Hell's Kitchen is really lame.)
I have always watched Hell's Kitchen and Top Chef, which sort of represents both ends of the taste spectrum.
I still part of that group that likes trashy TV like Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School, Celebrity Fit Club, and I Love New York. So, Hell's Kitchen fits into that sort of trash TV genre for me.
Someone recommended strongly that I start watching The Next Food Network Star. I DVR'ed it this weekend and will watch it this week. Hopefully it is as good as the recommendations I have been getting!

I like trash TV at times too (Big Brother, even Hell's Kitchen) but I can't stomach Flava Flav or New York. Ugh, I just get the shivers from the episode of Flavor of Love where she goes to the restroom on the floor.
