Was this considered the season finale? I thought The Closer was a summer show?
I have friends who are regular The Closer viewers (actually, rampant) who had no idea this two-hour episode was on. I guess that would explain the far-lower-than-average ratings...

Didn't TNT announce the "fall finale" at the end of the "summer finale"?
I didn't realize there was going to be a fall finale. I hope it will be shown again soon! I did not have it set up to record because I thought they were done for the season. I really enjoy The Closer!

"The Closer" does away with the New-Age-Liberal trappings often seen on some police "dramas" & gets down to basix. People get whacked. Bad folks bite the dirt. Cops use necessary force w/o hesitation. Keep up the good work, "Closer" writers, & don't allow the "Politically Correct" meat heads influence your work!
