"Were you as stunned as I was to see Vivica A. Fox be voted off? Wasn't Sara Evans considerably worse?" Not in retrospect. It must be that viewers picked up on Viceca's real "anti-social" (to put it diplomatically) self.

It really comes down to the popular vote as the spread in the judge’s votes is not that significant. Meaning the stars with the smallest followings will be kicked off regardless of their performance. Sara has the country music vote and is probably the only star who has an active viable career (her last three albums have sold platinum plus). She is here for the long haul.

Can I toss a frequently recurring question into the mix?
What's the big deal about this show? I just don't get the attraction of watching celebrities learning to ballroom dance with professionals. Clearly I'm in the minority. So... why do people watch this?

With the possible exception of poor old Tucker, there has been nobody remotely close to Jerry Springer's abysmal performances in each and every week. Even his waltz this week, which was his best performance so far, was far weaker than anyone else including Sara Evans. Just like Master P last season Jerry has no place in this show.
