Since "Don't Forget the Lyrics!" has done very respectable the last two weeks, and Fox has given it a 13 episode renewal, should they follow NBC's lead and extend it into the fall?
Fox could keep the half-hour format of "5th Grader" and "Lyrics" on Thursday coupled with the potentially legally challenged "Kitchen Nightmares". Since "Lyrics" is currently performing better than "5th Grader", perhaps they could swap time slots in the fall.
Or, should Fox rest "Lyrics" and use it to replace a failed series?
I'd rest it and see what happens with the new shows. Lyrics is outperforming 5th Grader but the latter is in repeats now, and seems to do well even at a full hour.
