I would pair Action News and 'Til Death together on Tuesday or Wednesday but keep it away from Dancing With the Stars (which destroyed the CBS comedies). Starting Action News on Thursday opposite CSI, Grey's, and the NBC comedies leaves a very small audience.
Fox is tough, but I would be tempted to do something big. (Again, I'm just a civilian, so this may be far-fetched. )
Sunday: The OT - NEW HOUR - NEW HOUR/24 in January Monday: Bones - Prison Break Tuesday: House - ACTION NEWS - MINISTER OF DIVINE Wednesday: Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader - 'Til Death - NEW COMEDY Thursday: The Simpsons - King Of The Hill - Family Guy - American Dad Friday: Movie or reality Saturday: Cops - Cops - America's Most Wanted
24 could move to Sundays to capture the football audience in January. If the Tuesday comedies are doing well come January, they could air out of American Idol and House could move to Sunday or Monday.
NIGHT 7pm 8pm 9pm
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Monday Prison Break Company Man
Tuesday Action News / Minster of Devine The Cure
Wednesday Animals / 2 Dreadful Children Nurses
Thursday Simpsons/King of the Hill Family Guy / American Dad
Friday Sarah Conner Chronicles Them
Saturday Cops AMericas Most Wanted
Sunday 5th Grader Bones House
Half of the Sundays in the fall have football overruns and The OT in the 7 pm hour. Several other Sundays have baseball so I doubt they would schedule a show regularly in the 7 pm hour. And going heads up against NBC for an already limited audience on Thursday is quite a risk.
They wouldn't have any runover from Baseball. If it scheduled for Sunday, It will be in Primetime.
5th Grader would be perfect for Football runover because they could just air a 30 minute version if they needed. Or if it went really long, just preempt it all together.
I still feel that the animated block would thrive on Thursday's.
But again, I would like to see them, or any network be bold. But they usually just play it safe.

Since Fox is number one in the demo, I doubt we'll see huge amounts of changes. Here's mine:
Sunday: repeats Simpsons King of the Hill Family Guy American Dad *King of the Hill could air at 7:30 with a new cartoon airing at 8:30.
Monday:fall Prison Break Drive
Monday: spring Prison Break/Drive 24
Tuesday:fall Bones new drama
Tuesday: spring Death Star new drama or Bones depending on how the new series do.
Wednesday: Til Death Action News Vicar of Dibley knock off The Winner *at midseason, Death Star results replace the lowest rated- sending it to die on Sunday at 7.
Thursday: House new drama (Bones may end up here at midseason)
Friday: 5th Grader Trading Spouses/Nanny 911 (if both new dramas do well on Tue/Thur. then Bones could end up here also if 5th Grader proves to be a winning lead in.)
Saturday: 8:00 Cops 8:30 Cops (repeat) 9:00 America's Most Wanted
1. Add Action News before the animated comedies and leave the 7 for a repeat. 2. Throw in Drive on Monday's in the Fall (I think it will work). Then keep spring Monday the same. 3. Only give Wedding Bells a small season and move it to lead out of House on Tuesdays in the Fall. Keep Tuesday spring the same. 4. Leave Bones on Wednesdays. Give 'Til Death a half season and put it after Bones in the fall to be replaced by American Idol results. Then put Anchorwoman in the slot after that all year. 5. Put Them after AYSTAFG? for the fall. Too much AYSTAFG?, even though I like it, isn't good. Hopefully, Them will gain an audience and they can lead in a new drama in the spring. 6. Put The Minister of Divine after Trading Spouses and before a new comedy in the fall. Replaces The Minister of Divine and the new comedy with Nanny 911 in the Spring. 7. Leave Saturdays, they are worthless anyways.
*Now obviously with AI Wednedays and Thursdays are liable to change. Thursdays is fine, just cut out AYSTAFG? for the times needed. Basically same for Wednesdays, but for the time that AI is an hour on Wednesdays, I'd put it at 8 and Bones at 9 temporarily.

I am surprised that no one has paired Anchorwomen with Action News. They seem pretty compatible as they deal with the news. I was just wondering what your reasoning was for do it that.
