Sunday
7:00 Sit down, Shut up.
7:30 Til Death
8:00 The simpsons
8:30 American dad
9:00 Family Guy
9:30 The cleveland show
--King of the hill only has 13 eps so american dad can take over its spot, and and give its 9:30 slot to "Cleveland" and As for 7:00pm i feel they should have something there and i beleive sit down and shut up, will most likely fail either way and til death is already falling.

Monday
8:00 Dollhouse/Lie to me
9:00 24
--Dollhouse is already originaly supposed to be there and "lie to me" just seems like a good fit with 24.

Tuesday
8:00 Idol
9:00 Fringe
-- Fringe seems to hold good numbers from its lead in so it most likely will do good with idol.

Wendsday
8:00 House
9:00 Idol
9:30 Outnumbered

Thursday
8:00 Bones
9:00 Prison break/Courtroom k
--I honestly beleive bones can handle itself well on this night with good numbers and since prison breaks gonna need to vacate Monday why not move here. i wasnt quite sure where to put courtroom k, so i just put it here.

Friday
8:00 5th Grader/Terminator
9:00 Lyrics/Moment of truth
--Terminator can headline this night and burnoff some episodes and "moment of truth" may do the same.

I Beleive that this is a strong schedule, good place ment of every thing. and everything might actualy work out Smiler.

I like your schedule. I might want to have House and Bones swap places just so there is one less time change to deal with. Plus, I think Courtroom K would work well with House.

Wednesday
8:00 Bones
9:00 Idol
9:30 Outnumbered

Thursday
8:00 House
9:00 Prison break/Courtroom k

This is how I would change FOX's mid-season from where it was announced.

Monday

8:00 Dollhouse
9:00 24

Keep Mondays as scheduled. 24 should do better numbers than PB/T:SCC. Have Courtroom K on standby if the night fails.

Tuesday

8:00 Idol
9:00 Lie To Me

Fringe has had the House lead in for a while and a chance to gain an audience. Use Idol as a lead in to launch Lie To Me to see if an audience sticks.

Wednesday

8:00 House
9:00 Idol Results
9:30 Outnumbered

Outnumbered seems to be the comedy getting buzz and attention. If Outnumbered isn't ready, stick in another comedy.

Thursday

8:00 Bones
9:00 Fringe

Right now, FOX Thursdays are dead. Relocate Bones and Fringe to jump start the night.

Friday

8:00 Hell's Kitchen
9:00 Prison Break

Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader and Don't Forget The Lyrics aren't doing well on Friday. Relocate Hell's Kitchen to Friday where it should lead the night in demos and the remaining episodes of Prison Break which would be an improvement over Don't Forget The Lyrics.

Saturday

8:00 Cops
8:30 Cops
9:00 America's Most Wanted

Sunday

7:00 King Of The Hill
7:30 American Dad
8:00 The Simpsons
8:30 Sit Down, Shut Up
9:00 Family Guy
9:30 The Cleveland Show

Move the two new animation after established animation to try to increase sampling. Animation repeats don't do very well so I would keep new episodes of animation from 7 PM to 8 PM.

Cancelled: Til Death, Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, Hole In the Wall

Not on Schedule: Moment of Truth, Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader, Don't Forget The Lyrics, Secret Millionaire, Glee Comedy, Courtroom K

Here's what I'd do:

Sunday
7:00 Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? (NEW TIME)
8:00 The Simpsons
8:30 American Dad (NEW TIME)
9:00 Family Guy
9:30 The Cleveland Show (NEW SHOW)
- 5th Grader = competition for America's Funniest Home Videos and allow Family Guy-brand series take over.

Monday
8:00 Dollhouse (Jan - March) / Prison Break (April - May)
9:00 24 (Jan - May)
- Dollhouse only has a 13 episode order, so allow Prison Break to have it's Swan Song after.

Tuesday
8:00 Idol
9:00 Fringe
- Allow Idol to hopefully make Fringe a mega hit

Wednesday
8:00 Sarah Connor (NEW TIME) OR Moment of Truth
9:00 Idol Results
9:30 Sit down, Shut up (NEW SHOW)
- I'm a Sarah Connor fan, but I understand it might not be around.
- Also, lets try launching an animated comedy rather than a live action one.

Thursday
8:00 House (NEW NIGHT)
9:00 Courtroom K (NEW SHOW)
- House can bring life to the night and Courtroom K is supposed to be similar to House, but legal rather than medical

Friday
8:00 Bones (NEW NIGHT)
9:00 Lie To Me (NEW SHOW)
-Bones works on Fridays and could likely put a big dent in CBS's Ghost Whisperer
- The premises of 'Lie to Me' sounds like it'd go well with Bones since they're both based on real people who are specialist in their field and the people they work with.

While I don't believe FOX will make changes such as this, I really think it is time for them to shake up the Sunday night lineup. The animated comedies are definitely showing their age (except for Family Guy), and FOX could do much better on Sundays. Here is my schedule:

SUNDAY
7 Burn off episodes of American Dad / King of the Hill or put a game show here
8 Bones
9 House

MONDAY
8 Dollhouse
9 24

TUESDAY
8 Idol
9 Fringe (still needs the big lead in at this point)

WEDNESDAY
8 New Drama, possible Courtroom K
9 Idol (just make the results show a full hour; they did not for most of the time last year)

THURSDAY (I think the animated comedites could do just as well here as on Sunday's; this would strengthen both Sundays and Thursdays)
8 Simpsons
8:30 Sit Down Shut Up
9 Family Guy
9:30 Cleveland

FRIDAY
8 5th Grader
9 Lyrics

SATURDAY
8 Cops
9 America's Most Wanted

SUNDAY
7.00 The moment of truth [the eps are ordered, so burn it off here]
8.00 The Simpsons
8.30 Sit Down, Shut UP
9.00 Family Guy
9.30 The Cleveland Show

MONDAY
8.00 Dollhouse [New Show] (13 eps in 17 weeks)
9.00 24 (4-hour, 2 night season premiere on Jan 11 & 12 / 2-hour event during February sweeps / 2-hour season finale on May 18)

TUESDAY
8.00 American Idol (Live Shows)
9.00 Fringe (Needs to be nurtered for at least 1 season with a good lead-in)
- Expanded AI eps in the beginning of the season, resulting in several preemptions of Fringe

WEDNESDAY
8.00 Lie To Me [New Show]
9.00 American Idol (Live Results Show)
Expanded AI eps in the beginning of the season. When the Auditions eps scale back to 1 hour, premiere Lie to me after it in the 9PM slot.

THURSDAY
8.00 House [New Day]
9.00 Secret Millionare [New Show] / The Osbournes: Loud and Dangerous [New Show] / Hell's Kitchen [New Day & time]
- Secret Millionaire and The Osbournes both have 6 eps orders. Run it from January 'till March
- Hell's Kitchen's season will start in April and end in the summer.
- I don't think another scripted drama can be a substantial hit against CSI: and Grey's Anatomy.

FRIDAY
8.00 Bones [New Day]
9.00 Prison Break [New Day] (I'm a fan, so I want it to have at least a 22-episode season)

- Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles: I like it, but unfortunate the numbers don't justify the back-nine order.
- Put 5th Grader and Lyrics on hiatus.
- Courtroom K will be used when Lie to me fails.

I love creating schedules. Big Grin
This is how I would change FOX's midseason schedule:

Monday
8.00 House
9.00 24

I don't think FOX's original plan to air DOLLHOUSE there is very good. It's difficult for a new show to start a night. Additionally 24 has been off the air over a year, given how poor most other shows that took a long hiatus after the strike do so far this season, I think it would be smarter to start this night with an established hit to provide a bit more strength to the night. HOUSE has previously proven to be a solid performer on Mondays.

Tuesday
8.00 American Idol
9.00 Fringe

There is no way in hell that FOX would move AI to another night, so it stays put here. To move FRINGE in the middle of the season would only hurt the show and they wanted to give the show some exposure, so it stays on Tuesday nights at 9 right after AI.

Wednesday
8.00 American Idol
9.00 Dollhouse / The Sarah Connor Chronicles

I don't know how many weeks AI is on, but I would definitely put DOLLHOUSE on after a strong show, even though I am not quite sure if the show can work after such a phenomenon like AI without failing. With the recent pick-up of TSCC it also seems like FOX still has confidence in the show and while I would probably have cancelled the show, FOX seems to think otherwise and given the BACK 9-order, FOX definitely still wants the show to succeed and that's why putting it on after AI once DOLLHOUSE is over (or fails) would definitely give the show a fair chance with a decent amount of exposure.

Thursday
8.00 Bones
9.00 Courtroom K (Alternative: Dollhouse)

BONES has proven to be a solid performer, no matter where it goes. I don't think a move to Thursday nights would hurt the show. And instead at giving up at 9, I would try to establish a new series to really use the strength of BONES. Put either COURTROOM K or Dollhouse there. Expectations won't be high, given the competition, but maybe there is a surprise in store for a brave move. And if it doesn't work out, they can just easily go back to reality programming.

Friday
8.00 Prison Break
9.00 Lyrics / or some other reality crap

Prison Break is a dead show. Its ratings are more than just down and there isn't much else to get out of the show creative-wise. Burn it off on Friday nights or put in elsewhere if something fails. Stick to reality programming on Fridays, we all know how poorly FOX did in the past when it tried to establish a new show on Fridays.

Sunday
8.00 Simpsons
8.30 Sit Down, Shut UP / King Of The Hill
9.00 Family Guy
9.30 Cleveland / American Dad

The Simpsons and Family Guy are the strongest shows on that night, so try to sandwich the new shows in-between.

I like your schedule and your logic Donnie. House on Monday seems like a smart choice.

I do think that 'Lie to Me' would work better with Bones and 'Courtroom K' on Mondays after House once 24 is over.

I like Donnies schedule very much. Especially putting Dollhouse behind AI seems to me the only reasonable choice if they really want Dollhouse to succeed (and why shouldn't they?).

I would maybe do it this way:

Monday:
Bones
24

Tuesday:
AI
Fringe

Wednesday:
AI
Dollhouse

Thursday:
House
Sarah Connor

Friday:
Reality

And let Prison Break air its final episodes when one of the other shows is done.

Winter / Summer Schedule Suggestion for FOX:

Monday
8:00 - House
9:00 - 24 / Hell's Kitchen
FOX could likely slaughter the competition with this combination and Hell's Kitchen returns to Mondays.

Tuesday
8:00 - American Idol: Performance / Terminator Sarah Connor
9:00 - Fringe
Idol can likely catapult Fringe into a mega hit. Sarah Connor can air during the summer. Maybe a special presentation the week before in place of Fringe.

Wednesday
8:00 - Dollhouse
9:00 - American Idol: Results / So You Think You Can Dance
9:30 - Cleveland Show / So You Think You Can Dance
A young show like Dollhouse seems like the right fit with American Idol on paper. Launching an animated comedy spin-off just seems like the right move to me.

Thursday
8:00 - Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? / So You Think You Can Dance
9:00 - Secret Millionaire / Courtroom K
FOX needs to move it's old reliable staple of 5th Grader back to Thursdays. We'll try out Secret Millionaire until it's Dancing time. Summer time might be the time to try a new show since a good number of both Grey's and CSI viewers seem to forget about them.

Friday
8:00 - Bones
9:00 - Prison Break / Lie to Me
Bones can put that much needed dent into Ghost Whisper. Prison Break can have it's swan song while the 24 people get Lie to Me ready or a summer launch.

Saturday
8:00 - Cops
8:30 - Cops
9:00 - America's Most Wanted
Same as always.

Sunday
7:00 - Various Encores
7:30 - Outnumbered
8:00 - The Simpsons
8:30 - Sitdown, Shut Up
9:00 - Family Guy
9:30 - American Dad
I don't think SItdown, Shut Up is going to be a success, but I could be wrong. Since ounce upon a time Malcolm in the Middle was on Sundays, I think that's where Outnumbered belongs.

The Oaks is dead. FOX passed on it.

Bad Dad is still in the pilot stage and isn't likely to debut until Fall 2009 if picked up. However, I agree, if picked up, it's best chance is paired up with Cops and AMW. If it's limited to a half hour, it can replace a Cops re-run. If it runs for a full hour, shorten Cops and AMW.

Gordon Ramsey has a third show being developed. My guess is FOX runs KN in the fall, HK in the spring, and the third series starting late spring and running into the summer months.

It also looks like Courtroom K was passed on as its not on the list of upcoming shows on the schedule.

For mid-season, with Courtroom K likely gone and Dollhouse getting mixed signals, I think FOX's best schedule would be:

Monday: House/24 (although FOX seems to want to stick Dollhouse here)
Tuesday: Idol/Lie To Me (Jan)/ Fringe (March)
Wednesday: Bones/Idol/New Comedy
Thursday: Dollhouse (Jan) 5th Grader(March)/ Hell's Kitchen
Friday: Moment of Truth (Jan)/Terminator(March)/Don't Forget the Lyrics (Jan)/Prison Break (March)
Saturday: Cops/ America's Most Wanted
Sunday: Simpsons/Shut Up Sit Down/Family Guy/The Cleveland Show

I think Dollhouse could share a timeslot with Bones on Wednesday as Bones will have several eps aired by the end of the fall and more could air in December. Dollhouse could air Wed. at 9 after Idol in Jan/Feb/early March and then Bones could return for a repeat free 10 eps or so come mid-March and through May. Idol results would then air at 9pm into Outnumbered, which looked hilarious based on previews on fox.com this summer.

Thursdays could be Terminator/Prison Break at 8 into Hell's Kitchen at 9. I think those two dramas would be good counter programming on Thursdays at 8.

Fridays would remain reality/gameshow night with 5th Grader/Lryics and perhaps the new Secret Millinaire.

Lie to Me could replace House repeats as I don't believe there will be time for it on Tuesdays with Idol airing all those 2 hour eps. Fringe will likely simply fill the 9pm hour when Idol is only an hour on Tuesdays.

Fridays perhaps could also see Lie to Me at midseason with Secret Millionaire, giving 5th Grader and Lyrics a much deserved break.

Moment of Truth and Hole in the Wall shouldn't return this season and should just burn off Fridays this next summer. Til Death would burn off this December/early January pre-Idol and anything left could air Sundays at 7 into animated repeats. When the new animated shows pop up, KOTH and American Dad shift to 7pm where they could air a mix of new and repeat eps.
