I hope so. This show is so well done. Every week it seems to get better. I think there is something magical about Christina Applegate.
I totally agree. I've been reluctant to say it for fear of getting bashed, but there are moments when she has the same sort of spark that Mary Tyler Moore has.
I totally agree. She has been a favorite of mine for quite a few years. I loved her in The Sweetest Thing and on Friends. I think the makes of SW were smart by giving her such a talented supporting cast as well. How funny is Jennifer Espinoza(SP)?

I agree totally. In fact, overall I like the shows on NBC much more than those on any other network. I regularly watch seven shows on NBC (Chuck, Heroes, Journeyman, 30 Rock, the Office, ER, Friday Night Lights) compared to two on CBS (Cane and Big Bang Theory), none on ABC (one when Lost starts), three on Fox (Simpsons, King of the Hill, and Family Guy (4 when 24 starts), and one on CW (Reaper). Besides proving I watch too much TV, this shows that NBC is my favorite network.
The surprising thing about NBC is that at the end of the day 'Life' is probably their best new show and I don't think they spent .50cents at the start of the season promoting it. BW has been an absolute bust to this point. I'm still watching Journeyman and it's a shame Heroes can't pull it's own weight to get more eyes on JMan. Although apparently Jman forgot to read the lost playbook on how to keep viewers... failing to reveal answers = lost viewers....
I haven't tallied all of my shows by network til now.
CW - Smallville, Supernatural, Reaper ABC - Grey's Anatomy, Lost, Private Practice(hate it, but haven't missed an ep), Desperate Housewives(3 years of hating it, still watching), Pushing Daisies CBS - Amazing Race, Survivor, Moonlight, Jericho(when it returns) NBC - Chuck, Journeyman, Heroes, Bionic Woman, Life, Scrubs, 30 Rock, The Office, My Name is Earl, ER, Medium(when returns) FOX - Prison Break, 24, Kitchen Nightmares, Bones
So totals and fav show on network in () NBC - 11 Shows Heroes/Scrubs ABC - 5 shows Lost CBS - 4 Shows Jericho FOX - 4 Shows Bones CW - 3 Shows Supernatural
I also watch a few on DVD delay when the seasons come out like House, HIMYM, and The Unit
I do watch too much television, but I am fine with that.
Nice exercise! I watch ABC - Samantha Who?, DSM, PD, DH, B & S, WMC (B & S)
CBS - BBT, HIMYM (toss-up)
NBC - 30 Rock, SVU (30)
Fox - The Simpsons, AI, Prison Break, 24 (PB)
CW - ANTM (tyra)
I guess that makes me an ABC man.

Forgot to comment on the Bachelor. I watched the last 20 minutes of the finale. I thought it was great that the Bachelor didn't pick any of the women. Why should he if it wasn't right? It's better that he broke it off then, instead of leading them on with a ring and everything. So many of the Bachelors end up breaking up with the women anyway.
These women are WAY too desperate anyway. They play it like a game. "I want to win" "I don't want to lose". These women need some self-esteem and stop putting themselves in this position. They just need to be the center of attention and feel like they are famous.
Looking forward to the "after show" tonight.

Mine (since I don't have cable, it's very limited):
ABC: DH, Ugly Betty, Lost, PD and SW NBC: The Office, SVU CBS: TAR Fox/CW: None
As for my top show show, Lost, of course. It's my favorite show of all time. UB is number 2. I've been rewatching some of last season's episodes and am amazed at how much funnier the show has gotten. And it was funny last year, but nothing like it is now.
An actual series high for Samantha Who. I suspect more to do with DWTSs above-average ratings and some viewers hanging on for the Bachelor finale than a sign that the show is going to do anything but drop drastically in two weeks without DWTS as a lead-in and against televisions real number one comedy.
SAMANTHA'S competition RULES is the real # one comedy?! Creatively NEVER that's for certain. SW is witty and intelligent comedy and RULES well..the one ep I tuned in to see what hte fuss was about well the entire show was all about one of the characters getting wood over his friend girlfriend...abysmal..just abysmal.

After DwtS ends, Samantha Who? will move up 1/2hour and air against 2&1/2Men. Notes From the Underbelly will get Samantha's old timeslot.
