Aliens in America does not seem to be flowing well in the midst of the Monday night comedies.
When Dancing with the Stars is building and Aliens in America can be watched again on Sunday, is it any wonder that the Monday airing of AiA is taking a hit? the Sunday encore has made watching the Monday original an 'optional' experience.
Meanwhile, I know Marc likes to put Girlfriends in the loser category, but look at the competition for viewers at 9pm vs. 9:30 pm. DwtS and 2&1/2Men are SO much stronger than Samantha Who and Rules of Engagement.
Can I say what an absolute waste of F#$%&*@ time it was for abc to give us the Bachelor, when in the end he didnt even choose either one of the final girls. A truly wasted opportunity for abc, when they could have given that time slot to a new (Pushing Daisies) or older (Men in Trees) show that is truly more deserving of a stronger lead-in than that crap. Shame on abc!!!!!!
When the Bachelor airs again that will probably hurt next seasons finale. Sounds like a cruddy ending to me.

I don't know what ABC is thinking about the Lost eps on Mondays-either they want to keep the audience up there until DWTS returns in March, or they think the strike will end early enough to do the 8 eps in Feb-Mar, then the other half will be ready for Apr-May...it's a big gamble by ABC...
and you have to think the Bachelor has well and truly run it's course- I mean, NOBODY WINS???? A lot of other message boards I read are extremely upset about that (for some reason)....

I hope that is not true. They should keep it at Wednesdays 10pm or Wednesdays 8pm.

I don't watch bachelor but how does this work? No winner? This might the final nail in bachelor's coffin.
Does that mean DWTS will air Tuesday & Wednesday? If so I think that's great for Private Practice and Dirty Sexy Money. What about Pushing Daisies? MMMMMMM! Questions to think about. What about PD moving after Greys?
Great idea. It'd be fun watching the drop-off percentage climb, week to week.
The downside is that it would probably clinch ER's renewal.

Unfortunately the ending ( I didnt watch ) but probably mimics real life more. Show me a girl who doesn't want what she can't have.... they'll line up for the next installment and probably tune in tonight in droves to watch the 1 hour special....
Oh well, HIMYM would be lucky to see two more Slapsgivings, anyway.
I just wish they would stay away from all the Robin stuff... she's not the mother... and it starts getting creepy that he is telling his kids so much about their (s)exploits....

Wow! That's terrible. What crap. I've never watched the show, so didn't know that was even an option... still, given the history of the show's "winners"... perhaps it's just leaping ahead to the inevitable?
