Perhaps FOX could Bump Great American Band to MyTV and pair it with Control room for a night of rock. quote: Originally posted by WelcomeToK-Ville: I wrote this before, but when the credits were playing, they mentioned some upcoming concerts including Rhianna and I think Radiohead. So the show definately is not dead. It'll be back. BTW, the James Blunt concert was amazing. Loved the high def sound/visuals. quote: Originally posted by dumont: Has anyone seen an overnight or fast national number for Control Room Presents on MyNetworkTV at 9 pm last night? If so, please post.
It was a superb episode featuring Mr. James Blunt...the series is off the air for the next few weeks, and there are rumblings that it may return in the days ahead.

That pairing would definately work if they decided to move NGAB. I have a feeling FOX is going to pull an On the Lot and just burn off any remaining episodes they have. They could just double up or triple up the eliminations to make the show end quicker. I'd be more interested to see what FOX puts on Fridays during sweeps. Surely NGAB won't be there. quote: Originally posted by TV-aholic: Perhaps FOX could Bump Great American Band to MyTV and pair it with Control room for a night of rock. quote: Originally posted by WelcomeToK-Ville: I wrote this before, but when the credits were playing, they mentioned some upcoming concerts including Rhianna and I think Radiohead. Radiohead would make for a riveting performance show, surely meriting a two-hour special. When I browsed the controlroom.com website, I was surprised at the range of artists that have already been narrowcast on MSN. There are a number of very promotable-to-television singer-artists that MyNetworkTV could schedule. quote: Originally posted by WelcomeToK-Ville: That pairing would definately work if they decided to move NGAB. I agree. MNTV really should keep this show as it seems to bring in big names and it should get consistent ratings. Maybe not blockbuster, but it's not going to bottom out. quote: Originally posted by dumont: Radiohead would make for a riveting performance show, surely meriting a two-hour special. They did the same stuff with Cavemen a few weeks ago. Once Samantha Who drops next week, that angle will be done. quote: Originally posted by Justin: Oh ABC is B/S!!!!
"Samantha Who is the #1 comedy on TV, over 16 million people watched" According to the promo.
It aired ONCE!!!

Whatever. Last year they advertised GA by saying it was the #1 show with "32 million fans"... when in fact they pushed together their first-run and then Friday repeat ratings to make that promo. ABC is typically full of crap. It's starting to show a really steady habit of sinking its humongous hits within a few years (Desperate Housewives, Lost, Grey's Anatomy) and doesn't seem to have much that's all that new to offer.

ABC is in a good position this year, don't know what you're talking about. When were DH, GA, Lost sinked?

And, I bet, that 16 million total includes DVR Estimates, not solid, acurate numbers
