It would seem The Singing Bee isn't the ratings savior of NBC.
And that the Beauty and the Geek reruns do not do great business. Does anyone know if CW extended the order for BatG this season (besides ordering two cycles)? Because the show is only 8 hours or so a cycle (versus ANTM's 13).

No but The Singing Bee is holding it's own for now. I personally don't see this one to be a very long term show, but who knows....
I continue to be pleasantly surprised that On The Lot hasn't been shipped off to Fox Reality or more appropriately, MNTV. 2 million of us are very glad to see that.

And the slide for AGT continues as well. It may well end up under 3.0 in 18-49 when the finals come out.
Of interest is the dip in SVU. Its ratings had been holding in the 9mm range, high 2's 18-49 apart from the rise and fall of the AGT/TSB combo. I wonder if SVU lost audience to DAMAGES. It's not often we're in a position to talk about the impact of cable on a single hour, but last night might have been an exception.

Nice to see that Just forn Laughs is holding up well. It was down just a little from last week. The Singing Bee continues its downward spiral for the third straight week, this must be somewhat alarming for the new suits at nbc.
ABC has announced its fall premiere dates. Of note is a change in the Friday schedule and "Cahmere Mafia" taking over once Dancing with the Stars completes its fall run:
Friday, October 12
8:00-9:00 p.m. "20/20" (new time period premiere)
9:00-10:00 p.m. "Women's Murder Club"
10:00-11:00 p.m. "MEN IN TREES"
Tuesday, November 27
10:00-11:00 p.m. "Cashmere Mafia" (special preview following the finale of "Dancing with the Stars")
Tuesday, December 4
9:00-10:00 p.m. "Cashmere Mafia" (regular time period premiere)
gotta give ABC credit for using that DWTS lead-in during premiere week... that'll definitely help Private Practice. I wonder why they're holding off on Samantha Who? and Boston Legal, though. What's going to air Tuesdays from 9:30-11pm on September 25th?
