Are you kidding me? Did not you look at NCIS and The Mentalist's numbers? NCIS had 18.8M viewers! That was it's highest rated episode ever. The Mentalist with 16.5M is probably one of the highest rated new procedurals. All CSI's and Criminal Minds are doing great and still in the top 20. Saying that they are fading is a huge overstatement.
