It seems like everything was down....alot.....last night. I'm sure a lot of people are out for the holiday. Hopefully Mondays ratings will rebound.

This Sunday was off all around, I guess, due to being part of the last holiday of summer. People were out, not watching TV.

The CW's #s were horrible. Surely they had SOMETHING they coulda shown besides reruns of recent shows!

I don't blame the nets for saving all the money they can with summer broadcasts since viewership is down, but when a dorky show such as "Big Brudder" is the most-viewed show in an hour, it shows just how degenerated summer TV generally has become.

Fortunately, FOOTBALL is back, & all will soon be well...

Big Brother has been a summer staple for 8 years now. Just because you don't enjoy it, doesn't mean its a "dorky" show. In fact, I and a lot of other people find it 10 times as entertaining as most of the summer burnoff dramas and comedies the networks roll out each summer.

Is that an all time low for the CW/WB/UPN?

I think Monday will be a bit below too, just because of the dang holidays.

I agree. I think Family Guy was the only program I watched live along with college football at school. Thankfully, my school was an underdog on Saturday, therefore we won. Big Grin

Thanks AC! I completely agree. Summer pleasures like BB are an excellent way to spend a summer evening.

The Jerry Lewis telethon preempted programming on a couple hundred channels. That probably had some impact on the numbers.
