FNL did very well. Surely, NBC has to be happy with it's performance. It tied Moonlight in the demo, where everyone thought Moonlight would win the demo.

Even though Moonlight retained well, it's still the weakest in the block. It's going to have to keep its numbers when Women's Murder Club comes in and can't lose it's demo to WMC or FNL. It's positive but not completely positive.

Smackdown should be a winner. Again, it's over 4 million and a better demo than most of the other CW shows. It's amazing for CW standards and Friday standards.

K-Ville had an amazing upturn this week in repeat. From last week, it increased viewership by 1.1 million viewers and an increased 0.3 demo rating. In fact, it only did 1.5 million less than a PP repeat. While AYSTA5thG went down in ratings/demo, K-Ville helped to keep it at a higher level.

Las Vegas has a huge drop. It really needs to stabilize.

FOX surely likes those numbers. They can use K-Ville as a Friday filler and still keep their numbers up. Almost enough to get K-Ville an honorable mention in the winner column.

Fox's best performance there yet. 5th Grader remains a stable 8pm option but shouldn't be used on Fridays unless it is completely necessary. I actually think American Band, which Fox is promoting a lot may be competitive in the demo, but not so much in overall viewers.

Mediocre, I could understand, but "horrendously bad"? Watch Caveman and then watch Moonlight... perhaps you will have a different perspective on what constitutes a show being horrendously bad.

Nope. Sorry. And I'm far from the only person who thinks Moonlight is THE worst new show of the season. Including Caveman.

Actually Moonlight isn't the worst new show. Moonlight looks like an Emmy winner compared to Online Nation.

Just finished Cavemen. Horrendously bad doesn't even do it justice.

People weren't writing it off as doomed. They were writing it off as a piece of crap. Which it is. But most everyone realized that in a non-competitive night like Friday, and protected on both sides by GW and Numbers, it would probably do okay in the ratings. Doesn't change the fact that it's a horrendously bad show.

That's your opinion but not everyone shares that view of the show !!
I was accused of being too fanatic about The Unit and needed to back off (which I did by the way ) but I think writing off Moonlight's survival chances are harsh too ..
Many people expected Moonlight to fail and that it is doing decent means either people are giving it a chance or maybe there are those who enjoy the show and simply like it .
We all have our likes and dislikes but to say it is a horrendously bad show is a bit extreme ..
I respect the fact you do not like it but others do . Will it keep up the momentum ? Who knows but it shows promise and I'll be watching along with the other viewers who do like it ..

I think Women's Murder Club will be a surprise hit.. I think like 10 millions and 3.0 in the demo.

The "gross audience" figure counts any viewer who watches at least six minutes of the program. Networks sometimes advertise this so-called 'reach figure', which tallies anyone who watches a program even for a few minutes.
It is a figure normally stated for special events such as the Academy Awards, the Superbowl, etc.

The "total viewer" figure represents the average number of viewers who were watching at any given moment, and is the statistic network officials regularly cite when discussing ratings.

It is the number of viewers that watched it for both days it showed...for as short a time as a glance.

I have to say I'm pretty happy with how Friday Night Lights performed. I think if they can hold these numbers, somewhere in the 6 million range, NBC will keep it around. Great episode last night, by the way!

I know its on friday, but how are more people not watching Friday Nigh Lights. This is one of the best shows on tv right now. It did decently in the demo but its a shame less than 7 mil are tuning in. I'll be interested to see dvr numbers.

Lets not go as far as honorable mention. The numbers still suck, but I would at least try K-Ville on Friday before completely cancelling it.

Well I have a feeling FOX is going to have to find something to plug in on Friday. The Great American Band Search is not going to be the answer. I give it three and out. It sounds like a bigger disaster than American Juniors.
