What follows are the fast affiliate results for Tuesday, Nov. 25 overall by network and in the order of ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and the CW by half hour. Keep in mind that the last few minutes of Fox’s House bled into Fringe in the 9 p.m. half hour.
Another bad night for FOX. Those 9:30 numbers for Fringer are awful
I'm still not concerned. It's going to be facing According to Jim this Tuesday. Unless there's a sudden resurgence in ATJ popularity, It'll continue to be #1 in its timeslot.

ABC did very well. Very good numbers for Charlie Brown and DWTS. DWTS should get over 20 million when the finals are released.
NBC got hit hard because of DWTS. BL took a huge hit. It could be a season low when the finals are released. This is not a good sign as it has to face Idol in January. It's going to lose a huge chunk of the audience to Idol. L&O: SVU also was down.
CBS on the other hand wasn't really affected by DWTS. The numbers held up pretty well for The Mentalist and WAT. NCIS had really good numbers. Bring on the spinoff.
FOX had a huge drop from House to Fringe. It really needs the Idol boost.
CW didn't get much out of How To Deal. It's not a good sign when CW programs movies on Sunday.

I don't know if you remember, but The Biggest Loser was up against AI as well in the winter and spring of this year. And it still performed well and close to its fall 2007/2008 numbers.
Wow, I can't believe how NCIS has become such a force. But I think, seeing the promos, that it was kind of the 2nd part of a 2-parter. I'm sure it will settle down once AI returns. It's a good show, but not great. I suspect the numbers come January will be more in line with 'The Mentalist'.
After 27 Days of November Sweep, ABC Widens Lead in A18-49; CBS Tops in Households & P2+ Viewers
After 27 days of the 2008 November Sweep, ABC is finishing the Sweep strongly, helped by some well skedded stunts and strong series performances. The Alphabet has widened its lead in the A18-49 demographic over CBS...just a few days ago, the Eye were predicting a Sweep tie in A18-49, but that is not going to happen. ABC is now averaging 3.25 in A18-49, with CBS behind in second with a 3.07 average, NBC is in third place with 2.86, and FOX is fourth with 2.71. At the bottom are the mininets starting with Univision at 1.52, The CW at 0.94 and MyNetworkTV in last averaging 0.58. In households and viewers, CBS is first, with ABC second, NBC third, FOX fourth followed by the mininets.
MyNetworkTV and Univision are the only two networks showing any year-over-year improvement. MyNetworkTV is up +36% in A18-49, up 46% in households and up +57% in viewers from last year. Univision is even in households and up 2% in viewers from last year. All other networks are down from last year, with NBC experiencing the worst year-over-year fall-off in A18-49 demo (down -14%), while The CW is down the most in households (down -20%) and viewers (down -23%).
Overall for the seven networks, A18-49 demo is down -10% from last year, while households are down -6% and viewers are down -6%.

The data for this and last year are all final Nielsen numbers except for last night. All Sweep calculations incorporate Nielsen final numbers for primetime programming, Monday to Saturday 8-11 pm, and Sunday 7-11 pm. For daytime over-runs into primetime and primetime run-pasts into latenight (e.g. sports coverage, award shows), only the primetime portion of the program numbers have been factored in. For networks that split programs into multiple segments of sustaining and non-sustaining coverage, the rating for the sustaining portion applies to the entire program broadcast.
