Considering that NBC is struggling in producing new comedy hits and the fact that WW was produced by NBC, I think it is at least in the realm of possibility that NBC would consider picking it up.

Please lay off the canadian jokes. They're either based on lies, unfunny or exagerated. You can do better.
Jokes about Canadians are always funny. They rank right up there with jokes about old people (perfect for TV forums). I will definitely be adding the 'afraid of the dark' joke to the repertoire .

I just never found stereotypical humor funny. Barney's christmas songs, now that was funny!

Not entirely correct. Much like "Gary Unmarried" which is co-produced by ABC Studios and CBS Paramount Network TV, "Worst Week" is also a co-production. "Week" is not only produced by Universal Media Studios but also CBS Paramount Network TV.
Since CBS also has a stake in the success or failure of "Week", the network could make things difficult if NBC decided to rummage through CBS's trash looking for something else to throw against the wall to see if it sticks.
I also think NBC might pick it up. They own the show so it makes it very possible. However, CBS has to stop looking over their shoulder. They got suckered into picking up Old Christine for a full season, because of ABC threatening to pick it up, and OC is probably their weakest sitcom. They need to have more guts, and let it go. I think WW would fail miserably on NBC. CBS should call them out, and let them have it.

I had definitely called that BBT and HIMYM would get over 11 million. There was no competition though, but very nice series highs. and 17.9 for 2 1/1 men. Thats amazing!. Really good episodes for BBT, HIMYM and 2 1/2 men!
Another Record-Breaking MyNetworkTV Week, Finishing 6th-Ranked for Third Consecutive Week
TVbythenumbers.com reports on MyNetworkTV the finals for last week number 12. MyNetworkTV set all-time weekly records in households, A18-34, A18-49 and A25-54. In five nights of head-to-head competish, MyNet won three nights.
What makes this story all the more remarkable was that both networks were roughly even in terms of their original/encore programming mix...MyNetworkTV had 50% originals (2 hours WWE + two 2-hour premiere theatricals) while The CW had 50% originals as well (2.5 hours scripted, 2 hours non-scripted, 2 hours premiere theatrical).
Ratings Measure: MyNetworkTV vs. The CW ======================================= Households: 1.4HH vs. 0.9HH P+2 Viewers: 2,410,000 vs. 1,530,000 A18-34 Viewers: 520,000 vs. 530,000 A18-49 Viewers: 1,080,000 vs. 840,000 A25-54 Viewers: 1,090,000 vs. 750,000
Ms. Ostroff and her CW affiliates can take solace that they managed to hold on to her targeted A18-34 demographic by 10,000 A18-34 viewers.
And The CW managed to out-rate Telemundo on every dimension, though A18-49 was perhaps too close for comfort.
For Mr. Meidel and his lean executive team at MyNetworkTV, I do hope that Mr. Murdoch finds it in his heart to grant a well-earned bonus just in time for the holidays.
And bully for all those savvy media buyers who were prescient enough to load up their order books with MyNetworkTV and their "My Month for the Holidays" record-breaking month.
Charlie Brown, I Want A Dog For Christmas - 7.085 million viewers - 4.1/6 HH - 2.1/6 A18-49
20/20: HSM (120 minutes) - 2.912 million viewers - 1.0/3 HH - 0.9/2 A18-49 *did this beat the HSM reality show from the summer for worst original ratings from ABC?*
Big Bang Theory - 11.200 million viewers - 6.7/10 HH - 4.1/11 A18-49
How I Met Your Mother - 11.371 million viewers - 6.7/10 HH - 4.6/11 A18-49
Two and a Half Men - 17.915 million viewers - 10.6/16 HH - 5.6/13 A18-49

I agree and the Minnesota Vikings jokes were great too! And might I add, truthful!
Great night for CBS on the whole, especially the first hour and a half. Two and a Half Men is a real power when Dancing is not around, and yet CBS lets Worst Week drop 1/3 to 2/5 of the audience.
