She really does deliver the ratings. I can't wait to see her debate with Biden. I wouldn't be surprised if the VP debate outdraws the Presidential. I don't know if I will vote for her because her platform is different from mine, but I'm glad to have some excitement in the campaign. I really do hate politics in general and political speeches in particular, but I love to watch her!

I agree. This is the first time the Vice Presidential debate is more interesting than the Presidential debates. I wouldn't be surprised to see higher ratings for the VP's.
Also The Secret Life of the American Teen scored higher than 90210 in all demos and viewership so with 90210 getting the Chicago market for the first time expect a bigger rating for 90210 next week.
Expect lower number for 90210; House will take those demos now that The Secret Life of the American Teen is over for the season.
I'm rather impressed with Flashpoint's numbers. It has held up really well despite facing pre-emptions, the Olympics, and a two week break for conventions. The numbers aren't fabulous, but they are good. It's the only scripted show on the broadcast nets to do well this summer. Yes, I realize that only makes it the best out of three shows, but it still shows the broadcast nets that they can succeed with original scripted shows in the summer.
I doubt Hole in the Wall is going to survive long, especially when the other nets premeire their fall season.
I've always thought that Ex-List was DOA and this surely is just another sign of it. The good news for CBS is at least it's happening to a Friday show which can easily be replaced and not one of their major shows.
This has happened to several programs before that have survived. At least they made the change early. Remember, Brothers and Sisters, the overrated drama that Marc can't get enough of was in the same boat.

The sad part is that it happens beacause Palin was transformed by the media in the new Paris Hilton. At least Hilton has a little more brain

Perhaps it could be replaced with Flashpoint eventually.

Not sure I get the Paris Hilton connection. I think Palin is smart, certainly smarter than the media. If the democrats try to dumb-down her they will fail; they need to just concentrate on her platform; she is too conservative for most Americans, IMO. But she is great for the presidential campaign; interest is high, and the VP debate will be key to the election, I think.
