Family Guy is the first show that comes to mind.
WKRP was broaght back in the 90's
There was a Make Room for Grand Dad with Danny Thomas, in the 80's
Leave It to Beaver had new episodes on TBS (IIRC) during the 80's
Mission Impossible was broght back during the last Writers Strike in 88
With as many TV movies as they made, you can sort of count Perry Mason
So in the last 15 years there have been 2 shows to come back, both of them animated(Family Guy and Futurama).
Somehow, I don't think the chances of The Practice making a comeback are very high.
I don't think I'd ever heard of that show before Ken Levine (writer for MASH and Cheers) wrote about it on his blog. You are right though, it came back (with Burke teamed up with his son) in 1994-1995. So make that 3 shows in the last 15 years... still not looking good for The Practice.
isnt it six shows? Bionic Woman Love Boat: the Next Wave Mission Impossible

Bionic Woman was a re-imagining. Mission Impossible was more than 15 years ago (the second one was 88-90). And I would consider Love Boat more of a sequel than a show coming back, but if you insist, we can make it 4.
Depending on whether it actually makes it to air, we may have to add Cupid to the list too.
