NBC could use a solid 8 million viewer comedy like Joey. Wink

It could, but NBC's current depressed viewer base would drag that # down as well.

A sinking ship takes down all passengers.

Not having a show over 15mm and having numerous embarassing premieres is evidence of this.

I've always felt the most embarrassing premieres were due to the fact that the shows themselves looked downright terrible.

WTH is mondays ratings?

And on the strike if the WGA doesn't take this deal then everybody will think they are greedy and money hungry. If the deal was good enough for the Directors guild then why isn't it good enough for the writers and the directos work is harder and exhorting then the writers job

If I recall, thefutoncritic gave it a horrid review. I won't be giving it a shot. Not to mention, single camera doesn't work at NBC. I bet extra 2.5 Men repeats are on the way.

Yeah, they don't work at CBS either. Wink

^ And maybe you should learn that what the Director's Guild needs is completely different from what the Writer's Guild needs.

If you do learn that, your posts won't be so misinformed.

A good question indeed, so can you explain to me why American workers shouldn't be paid 10 cents an hour? Obviously 10 cents an hour was good enough for Chinese workers, why isn't it good enough for American workers. The Chinese workers have longer work hours and working in a Chinese factory is harder and more exhorting than the American factory workers job.

I think it's kind of funny that with a handful of news shows (two of them on Saturday) and a whole lot of reruns playing against originals CBS can get a 1.7. While the week before, ABC had 13 hours of original programming (only one news show, nothing on Saturday) and only managed a 2.0. Wink

I also find it funny that with all those reruns, CBS still got more viewers than ABC who premiered two shows with a lot of hype.

I also find it a little sad that NBC hasn't been able to take advantage of the fact that ABC and CBS are hamstringed right now to move up in the ratings.
