Isn't that a typical number for a 2.5 Men repeat?
Yes, it has been around 11-12 million recently, but that still means it reatined all of its lead in. At best, Old Christine will do 80%, and thats really, really pushing it. But it is a New Episode and those are becoming hard to come by lately.

Why is it that Nielsen was able to get preliminary ratings on time for the Superbowl/post-game/House at all their strange run-times for Sunday, but can't deliver a "regular" ratings report for Monday's lineup, which was pretty much routine?

Christine used to pull around 87 to 90 percent of the 2.5 Men lead in. Given the current strike situation, I wouldn't be surprised if it did that again. Rules is not as strong as you think it is. My guess is that it would sink as hard as Christine or HIMYM if moved to 8pm.

I wonder if there was any reason why CW viewership dropped on Sunday. Side note: Univision took 3rd place on Sunday beating both NBC and CBS.

I think 80% is more realistic mushu. If Christine breaks 10 million it would be considered a success. Still, that will be tough opposite DOND, SCC, and that 20/20 Special on Natalie Holloway...

Don't forget that today they have to calculate finals for Saturday and Sunday as well as working on the Monday numbers.

Being late on Monday is pretty much the routine.

I don't remember that happing, or at least last year. Last fall, it was leading out of 2.5 men and was always in the 75%-79% retension range. And, Last Spring it struggled to retain HIMYM's audience

I must've been thinking year one. Last year if I recall was low 80s for the most part and dipping into high 70s at times. Of course, then came along Rules with the exact same viewership but a lower lead in so that explains the better retention. Not saying Christine would've pulled that but I do believe that was the case thanks to Dancing.
