Yes, once THIS weeks numbers have been completed, CBS should be about a 0.1 point behind FOX, in 3rd Place. NBC should jump to first on the shoulders of the Super Bowl

And that number will continue to get larger and larger for Fox, perhaps as large as a whole ratings point.

I have always said that FOX is really the only network that can draw the "younger" viewer. ABC, CBS and NBC are always close to each other fighting for the scrps, so to speak.
I agree. With AI's demos, FOX will be in first for the season in the 18 to 49 demos. ABC and CBS will battle for second. For ABC, it's a question of how well DWTS comes back, how their new shows perform, and if GA/PP's crossover can produce high demos.

I think NBC will only gain three tenths of point (.3) in ytd averages after Super Bowl Sunday. They will be ahead of ABC (temporarily), but I think FOX and CBS will still be ahead of NBC when all is said and done come Monday.
ABC has impressed me with their midseason lineup so far. Wednesday is up thanks to Lost, Mondays are actually up with the Bachelor/true Beauty, and at the very least, their Tuesday line up is stable. I agree their 3 new dramas and new comedies are iffy, but really there's only about 3 hours where I see them potentially losing viewers over what they have now and they'll gain Dancing back on Tuesdays which should prop that night up. It will be close.

Yea, CBS currently has a 10% lead and the fight for 2nd will be a close one. the big question will be, as it always is in the spring.... Will ABC have its Annual Spring slide in the ratings?
What usually helps CBS is its strength with repeat episodes, something NBC and ABC cant seem to do. This week is a good example of that. CBS has a good lead on ABC despite only having 3 of its regular seires airing new episodes, and having the baggage of the Wednesday 8pm hour included.

I would not be surprised if FOX is at least 1.5 points ahead of second place. Could they even push it to 2 points?

That's All??? I know its only 5-5.5 hours of programming, but those numbers will be huge. I would have thought the bump would be bigger than that.
NBC's numbers will be absoluely horrid come may then.

You're right that CBS repeats better but ABC is in repeats for the most part too. The key to me like you said is if ABC can maintain it's strength when at full force. Just last week for example, ABC had a solid lead on CBS in the demo. It's just too close to call.
