ABC will be hurt by their hits not having original episodes and not repeating well.
CBS will remain competitive with FOX because of how well their shows repeat.

Well, cheering for ABC.
All the Networks will suffer because of the strike. Even with Fox winning by a wider margin they will suffer since advertisers don't pay based on how bad you beat the other Net's.
That said, ABC has two shows that generally get above a 7.0 in the demo in first run. If the strike continues along so as that ABC doesn't have those shows in originals in Feb., and even May, there is no way I see them keeping up with Fox or CBS. You just can't replace two hours of 7+ demo numbers that easiliy.

ABC repeats of their top shows (D, GA, PP, B&S, PD, UB) will all be worth about 1/3rd the viewers of a regular episode. CBS's top shows CSI's, NCIS,CM, sitcoms will pull better than 50% of their regular episode numbers.
Unless ABC has so much reality coming that they can avoid even the standard number of seaso nal repeats, they will lose ground.

Any previous notion that FOX would go out of its way to save K-Ville was destroyed last night.

WHAT? It's too much for my head.
Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Brothers and Sister, Pushing Daisies, and Ugly Betty: all serial show sthat will have very poor rerun numbers.
Pushing Daisies, while not a flat-out procedural, is a very case-by-case show that you can get into as long as you know the basic concept of how the pie maker's power works and what he does with it.

I agree - FOX will probably win in both viewers and demo with the Super Bowl and American Idol (which they will no doubt stretch out as much as possible now).

The Big Bang Theory (Viewers: #2, 9.39 million; A18-49: #2, 3.8/ 9),
Almost exactly the same as last week. Hopefully the Strike does not kill the momentum of the show.
Valid question in this case. I say it can be restarted.
I Don't believe BBT nor SW? will be fighting at 10 million viewers, because BBT will also suffer from the strike, as SW?. they will get much lower numbers.

Should be interesting to see how WelcomToK-Ville spins this later tonight.

The 9-11 hours for NBC ticked up a bit from last week's almost unbelievably low levels, but Journeyman is still just a burnoff at this point despite what will go down as substantial week-to-week growth. K-Ville: can't even claim to be "stable" anymore.
I think we'll probably see Chuck beyond the 13 ordered.
A 3.0 for CHUCK anchoring a net like NBC in a tough hour is reasonably solid.
Comparing it to a game show's performance to me is apples and oranges.
Eager to catch up on two eps of SAM to see how it is doing creatively.

ABC will definitely take the biggest hit. There's no way to cover up 7.0 18-49s turning into 2.0 18-49s for DH and Grey's.
