Many people wanted to see Meredith die. Personally I am one of them, and I got my wish.
It's funny that Smallville increases during it's half hour breakdown, and then it goes downwards from there. I have a question. Does DVR or TiVO effect the ratings or no?
I'm glad last night was the last night Supernatural will have to compete with The OC. I know The OC isn't getting incredible numbers, but I hope that once it's over Supernatural will benefit from that.

We have the GREAT FERRY TRAGEDY of GA, an CSI and I'm guessing a lot of people taped SN just to watch GA. So, yeah, retention would be not so good when you got the McAccident of the year on GA.
Um, the OC series finale is still next week. Is Supernatural airing a repeat or something since Idol will also air on Thursday?

Marc--you've been sharpening that ax for "30 Rock" for some time now...you keep it up and you're not gonna have an ax to grind on and they'll bring the show back. Just because of you.
I think it is great that scripted television is showing some strong legs - Grey's with over 25 million this week; House with over 27 million. If only some of the other strong shows could start reaching those numbers. There are a lot of viewers tuning into the networks at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Does USA ever reveal the ratings for Nashville Star? I wonder if it even bleeps on the radar with the busy Thursday night crowd.
Retention for Men In Trees of out GA is still not great and is quite concerning, but I've definitely noticed growth for the show. Isn't this the first time this month that total viewers have been as high as 11.21 million, and i'm fairly sure that it's the first time it's scored over a 4.0 rating in the 18-49 demo since the pilot aired...
I'm hopeful for MIT's future, creatively it's compatible with Ugly Betty and GA, and ABC would be wise to keep all 3 shows in their respective timeslots for the 07-08 season.
If MIT doesn't cut the mustard next season, then I would understand ABC's decision to axe it then.

I still think we did good.
Hermitme...the retention for Supernatural is alittle higher this week then last week, in both the ratings and demo.
I watched Men In Trees and I couldn't get into it. What is the premises of the show?
I watch Men In Trees and I didn;t think last night was very good. It si supposed to be about a relationship coach/writer whose fiance cheats on her. She goes to Alaska and starts over or something like that.
I think ABC will keep Men in Trees and ship it back to Friday. They have so many holes to fill, a show with an established audience needs to stick around.

Yeah, Supernatural is a repeat next week. There isn't a new episode until March 15th.
