So with Hank gone and a Modern repeat in its place, Middle hits its highest demo since the pilot, Modern is within .1 of its highest since the pilot (and will likely tie/beat that mark in finals) and Cougar's up .4 from two weeks ago.
Yeah, good decision to yank Hank.
EDIT: Also, the Modern repeat itself soundly outdrew every Hank original rating except for the pilot.

Given the sizeable spikes for CM and SVU at 9:30 it appears a large number of the MF viewers who don't stick around for Cougar Town opt for one of the two crime shows. Nice to know there are such versatile and open minded viewers

I thought the Janet Jackson interview would do better numbers, but I think the Robin Roberts special still beat the numbers for Eastwick's last few outings.

Not necessarily, almost every hour show sees a spike in its viewership in the 2nd half hour. Look at the 8 o'clock shows.
CSI: NY benefitted from the crossover although its demo are on par with what it has been getting for a while, Criminal Minds was steady and up from last week. 8pm was ho hum but getting rid of Hank was a wise decision.
Unfortunately, I don't. I think when American Idol comes in, the momentum will be lost. Looks like to me a temporary spike in the numbers. Last week it was a 1.7.

I think almost anything can beat Eastwick. I am surprised that the interview pulled in sub 7 million ratings since it was a highly publicized interview. The interest in Michael Jackson appears to be lessening.
