Not too bad for a Friday.

All the nets were tightly bunched together.

George Lopez had quite a leap in A18-49 from its lead-in Set for Life, and then again from 9 to 9:30 pm. And then 20/20 was strong at 10 pm.

And after its string of 8 nightly victories in 9 weeks earlier in the summer, The CW's Smackdown seems to have fallen off just a bit and has now settled back into fourth place.

20/20 was easily the highest show in the demo Friday. I think it will still do pretty good when it moves to 8 this fall.

Nice to see GLo do about as well as Jim and on a night with less viewers around. Also, Smackdown did nicely last night, but the other nets have finally started to put some decent programming on so they can win the evening.

ABC can pull all of their other shows early but then they air Set for Life out. I can't believe Jimmy Kimmel has nothing better to do than this.
