ABC is struggling quite a bit outside of their hits due to the fact that they don't have a good balance between dramas and sitcoms. I just noticed how ABC's lineup is full of one hour programming especially in that 8pm hour.
One place where ABC can start is bringing back weekly episodes of Charlie Brown and using Charlie Brown to help out new sitcoms on Tuesdays @ 8pm.
ABC should really bring back TGIF.
I think ABC really needs to bring new episodes of Hannah Montana to the network. If it can rate that well on the Disney Channel then it should be able to rate decently on ABC especially with heavy promotion on Disney Channel to get the kids to come over to the ABC network and watch the new episodes.
Hannah Montana could anchor the lineup and Disney Channel should produce another new sitcom for ABC right after Hannah Montana. Then ABC could produce two family sitcoms of their own inside of the 9-10pm hour.
When TGIF failed back in 2003 it was a different time in the ratings and Joan of Arcadia was taking alot of that family audience away. 2003 was really one of the last years when DVR was not in huge effect. I think the ratings picture would be different this time around for their sitcoms to start off averaging 6 million viewers and grow from there CBS' Wednesday Happy Hour, they went from 6 to 7 million in only one week.
ABC Tuesday 8-New Charlie Brown Series 8:30-New Family Comedy/Jim/New Animated Series like The Incredibles
ABC Friday 8-Hannah Montana 8:30-New Disney Channel Comedy/Wizards of Waverly Place 9-New Family Comedy 9:30-New Family Comedy
Robert, I think MRC should let The CW air it during the week b/c it will get crushed on their current Sunday lineup.
HSM 3 might get like $50-70 million while Saw V will settle around $25-35 million. You're right about Montana and it wasn't even in that many theaters so a surprise there.
HSM should become a TV series, I think if its ratings are that strong it would work as a weekly show.

I've just found out it premieres Nov 2, but at what hour?
The plan is for 7:30pm. In Harm's Way will move up to 6:30pm-7:30pm and the 4REAL timeslot (6pm) will be reduced to a half hour (1 episode rather than 2).

Valentine, The Ex-List, and Gary Unmarried all get that mark from you. I sense that you just don't like anything with sexuality. Meanwhile, you gave a good review for Worst Week?

I've got an idea for ABC.

The key for ABC is to do cross promotion like you said. Promote heavily on Disney Channel and bring that audience over. I feel like that's the only way ABC won't fail with that type of lineup.
Charlie Brown needs to be produced anyways and The Incredibles would work big time, but will take alot of time and energy to do weekly.
TGIF needs to comeback anyways, I think people are ready for that family sitcom again and Hannah Montana would be a good way to start.
I'm going to be making a schedule for all six networks, which includes MyNetworkTV. This is how the schedule should be in my mind, but I know I'm going to get buried for making it. LOL!
How much longer must we wait to see Friday Night Smackdown's numbers? I usually don't care for ratings, but I really want to see if viewers switched to MNTV.

What!! Since when are those 3 shows about sexuality, per se? And Brothers and Sisters, a show he loves, has its fair share of sex scenes.

They did. Overall fast national rating, 2.4, reports Wrestling Observer. That would equal Smackdown's fast nat for its final CW episode.
