I didnt end up watching Amne$ia last night, but it sounds like a lot of people hated it. I am going to watch next week and see if I hate it just as much.

It wouldn't surprise me if Smackdown aired on My Network in the fall. I can't see it airing on WGN on Saturday nights because that night is reserved schedulewise for Cubs, White Sox, and Bulls games.
ABC’s 20/20, themed What Would You Do?, won the 10 p.m. hour, with 8.64 million viewers and a 2.9/ 8 among adults 18-49.
This proves what I said last week that ABC should add a special 20/20 and lead into Primetime's version of "What Would You Do?" tomorrow (Tuesday), the second to last night of the Feb sweeps, in order to ensure the keep 2nd place that they will get after the Oscars are counted in from last night. Much better than their regular Tuesday lineup.

With the way ABC Tuesdays have been, a Test Patern for 3 hours would do better in the ratings.
I don't think those numbers for Amne$ia are as good as they look on the surface -- I don't have the half hour breakdown, but I'm sure for 1 vs 100 they look somewhat similar to the week prior:
quote:
8pm NBC – 1 vs. 100 Viewers: 7.54 million (#1), A18-49: 1.8/ 6 (#2)
8:30pm NBC – 1 vs. 100 Viewers: 8.52 million (#1), A18-49: 2.2/ 7 (#2)
This would mean that Amne$ia started off with a lead-in of well over 8 million viewers, and then lost some of them in the second half hour, to land in the mid-7 million range average for the hour. Next week, with no 1vs100 as a lead-in, I think it will drop under 7 million.

From a mediaweek article: Monk sets yet another record for its season finale.
When the networks say that you can't program successfully on Fridays, or in the Summer, point them to the success of Monk and lead-out Psych, which have been doing incredibly well on cable, which has the additional complication of lower nationwide penetration.

A record 6.87 million viewers tuned in to USA Network Friday night for the cliffhanger-resolving ending to season six of Monk.
According to Nielsen Media Research live-plus-same-day data, the finale now stands as the most-watched installment of Monk since the OCD-detective dramedy debuted on July 22, 2002. The series reached its previous high-water mark in July 2005, when the season four summer premiere served up 6.32 million total viewers.
The episode also put up big demo numbers, delivering 2.66 million adults 18-49 and 3.08 million adults 25-54. In fact, USA did so well among the target demos that it out-delivered two of the broadcast nets in the 9 p.m. timeslot, beating out ABC’s 20/20 and CBS’ Ghost Whisperer repeat.
Last week, USA reupped Monk for a seventh season, ordering 16 new episodes of the Tony Shalhoub vehicle. The series returns to USA in July.
