Flavor of Love is huge in the African American demos. I fully expect Under One Roof to be in the top 10 shows with that demographic. The question is how many other demos will it appeal. If the VH1 audience, which tends to be more 18 to 34 demos shifts towards over, MNTV could have a monster hit on their hands.
I also wonder about the chances of some form of In Living Color revival on MNTV if it does well in the ratings. If CW is spinning off 90210, why not try it with In Living Color?
10 p.m. special, Primetime: The Last Lecture – A Love Story For Your Life (Viewers: #2, 8.21 million; A18-49: #2, 2.7/ 7). Worth noting for the Primetime special was growth out of Supernanny of 2.44 million viewers and 23 percent among adults 18-49.
I assume this sets the bar for Boston Legal when it moves to Wednesday's in three weeks. The result is almost 2.5 million viewers and 80% higher than Men in Trees. If Boston Legal can hold or improve on this rating, it's guaranteed a return and maybe a move to Wednesday's.

NBC, CW, and Idol: Who Cares!?
CM has always had those solid ratings against AI. So i don't think its down

Problem is, African-Americans are such a small minority that any shows aimed at them are guaranteed to have below average viewership levels. The NAACP Image Awards and CW comedies show this very well.

I think the success of Flavor of Love went beyond just the African American demo.

I'm told Sarah Connor Chronicles has gotten a 13 episode pick-up.
What about New Amsterdam??
Haven't heard anything except that the sets were struck way back when filming stopped... but I think the show was more successful that anticipated, so while I would usually say "struck sets = canceled", I won't say for sure on NA.
