What follows is the fast affiliate rating results for Thursday, November 26, 2009 in the order of total viewers and adults 18-49 by network and by half hour per program (in the order of ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox).
Survivor did okay for a clips show - I believe this is pretty much on par with what it usually does. I watched the first 10 minutes or so and was completely bored, so the half hour tune out is understandable. Leno also did well last night, considering its lead-in. And it built in the demo at 10:00, and it didn't come third in the slot. I'd say that's a positive. Not much else to say for Thanksgiving Night - although, anyone else find it funny how .5 of the demo tuned out for Paul McCartney? lol
ABC was low the whole night. Both Beyonce and Paul McCartney came in lower than ABC probably expected. I also expected A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving to do better. Again, ABC would have done better with a holiday movie or some holiday version of their unscripted shows.
CBS did well. Survivor for being a clip show brought in good ratings. So did CSI and The Mentalist considering the night and the fact that it was a repeat.
FOX did what ABC should have done. Good ratings for A Night at the Museum.
I'd imagine that Paul McCartney pulls an older skewing audience, much older than Beyonce. He probably would have done better on CBS instead of ABC.

Survivor did pretty well for a clip show on Thanksgiving. Overall, CBS had a successful night.
I'm surprised at how well Night of the Museum did on FOX. A 2.0 demo is pretty good!
Jay Leno also did pretty well last night. Jay built from his lead in, and according to TVBytheNumbers, had his largest audience since October 15th.

Fox -- the perennial winner among 18-49 viewers for the last five seasons -- now takes its first November sweeps period win, thanks to a late-scheduled and dramatic World Series. That's in addition to a continued strong prime-time lineup, including "House," "Family Guy" and newcomer "Glee."
Fox is currently averaging a Nielsen live-plus-same-day 3.6 rating, which is 20% higher than in November 2008. Fox is the only network of the big four to improve its November sweeps ratings year-to-year.
ABC earned a 3.1 rating for November; CBS was right behind with a 3.0; NBC had a 2.6, and CW finished with a 1.2.

Among young 18- to-34-year-olds, Fox is an even easier winner so far, with a 3.4 number (17% higher). Next is ABC at a 2.5 (down 7%); NBC, with a 2.4 (11% lower); CBS at a 2.2 (flat), and the CW with a 1.5 (7% improved). Two categories where Fox is not leading are in overall viewership and older 25-54 viewers. CBS continues its dominating position here -- although down some versus a year ago -- 4.2 million average viewers and a 4.2 rating among 25-54 viewers.
Second place in both categories is ABC, with 3.6 million viewers and a 3.8 rating among 25-54 viewers. Fox, with a 3.8 rating among 25-54 viewers, is tied with ABC.
Overall, FOX had a great fall and with their mid-season schedule, they are lining up Fall of 2010 to be even better. Out of all the main networks, FOX is the one to watch.

New. It was actually one of his better shows he's done yet. He had Megan Fox on, which of course was a draw, the monologue was top-notch, and the audience was all members of the military. It was a good show.
Wasn't last night's Jay Leno show actually taped earlier this week due to the Thanksgiving holiday??
If he's in first-run tonight (November 27th), I suspect that too was taped earlier in the week, so he and his production staff would get the long weekend off.

Great showing for a Survivor clips show, as the last couple of those, including the one on the year-ago evening, pulled a 2.3 demo. Based on the drop at 8:30, have to wonder if CBS' ads got people to think it was a regular episode of the show, and some people bailed when they saw it wasn't.

My TiVo Guide has Leno as a repeat tonight.
According to NBC.com, Leno is a repeat tonight. First repeat for him - wonder how it'll do tonight. And yeah, I wasn't sure myself yesterday if Survivor was new or recap. I bailed after about 10 minutes, though. Still, great numbers for it. I'm wondering how they're going to pull this off, though. Aren't there like 8 contestants left? With just 3 more weeks to go until the finale, I'm guessing a couple double eliminations will occur.
