Good ratings hold year to year for the tourney. Hopefully viewers weren't discouraged by the flawed or non competitive ball.

An exciting finish bailed out a brickfest between PITT and XAVIER, UCONN held PURDUE at arms length all nite, and VILLANOVA strangled DUKE into complete ineptitude. The most entertaining game with MEMPHIS and MISSOURI probably was sent out to a small % of the country.

Nope. Not really helping with the costs of the show. Its not like the FNL Directv deal.

Not really, the retention is actually worse than before the crossover

The Office was excellent last nite. Just when I get a little disappointed in the show, it reminds me why I grew to love it.
I think Grey's Anatomy is also finding its way back. Good episode.
I'm sorry, but I could only watch ITM for about 10 minutes. Next week I won't bother with Bones back.

The Mentalist's premiere in the UK pulled a respectable 3.69m (#2 in time slot) (16.7% of total peopled watching TV). This was the biggest premiere ratings for Channel 5 for a US import ever beating CSI in 2001, CSI: Miami in 2003, CSI: NY and House in 2005 and NCSI and Prison Break in 2006. I also want to point out that the UK has only 1/5 of the population America and our usually lowest rated broadcast network can still do better than The CW.

Anyway on US TV last night ITM did better than I thought. I was expecting around 5 Million. I am curious to see how well the ER finale will do next week. I think it may beat Private Practice.

Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice are repeats.

Noted lack of options in the UK.

It likely beat Private Practice this week. ER will easily beat the reruns of Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice next week.

veteran ER (Viewers: #2, 10.16 million; A18-49: #3, 3.6/10), which officially concludes next Thursday.

Good numbers as we near the end.
ABC is smart to air repeats of Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice next week against the finale. I wonder how CSI, 11th Hour, and Hell's Kitchen will be able to hold up.

It will be interesting to see how Private practice numbers are affected without competing with another medical drama after ER is done. PP numbers should go up because some med drama junkies may switch over and southland seems like a dud and appeals to a different demo.

I think you may be right about ER addicts switching to PP to fill the void in their Thursday night.

Thanks. Long time reader, first time commenting.

Great as usual. I loved Michael's Jerry Maguire moment with Pam as Renee. Michael decides to start his own paper company because he knows everything about paper and only Pam is crazy enough to join him. Even Dwight turned him down cause of "farm responsibilities".

It no longer has the lead in of Dancing with the Stars.

Even at the start of this season when it was being "Dancing With The Stars" it still wasn't pulling in the numbers that it pulled in behind DWTS in season 1.
