ABC and Dancing With The Stars. FOX and American Idol. NBC and Deal or No Deal. CBS and the CSI flavors.
CBS is in the best position to survive if their 'gimmick' comes crashing down, but all 4 networks risk a significant hit when they place so much emphasis on one basket.
Your list overlooked:
The CW and WWE Smackdown. MyNetworkTV and movie nights. ION and Mama's Family.
Every network has one or two ratings thoroughbreds to juice their weekly averages, but CBS is very vulnerable to the crime procedural genre going the way of the western.

In not that comedy is the wrong thing, its that THOSE comeies are the wrong thing.
Earl & the office do OK, but are dragged down by 30 Rock and Scrubs. All 4 are NOT Must See TV.

So.... whats your interest in coming to a web site that is all about TV ?????
Because the other 10% is just that good I bet! And there just aren't a lot of sites that cater to that 10% with a Mama's Family folder any more.

10 of the top 25 shows (average viewers, from an ABC press release) this season so far are crime procedurals. 5 are reality (with DWTS counting as two). 4 are prime-time soaps (GA, DH, B&S, and PP), and 2 are comedies (2 1/2 Men and SW?). (House, Heroes, 60 Minutes, and football are the other four.)
Forgive me if I'm skeptical of your dismal projections of the fate of crime procedurals.

Just becuase I feel that most of TV is poor entertainment, doesn't change the fact that when its good, it can be exceptional.
And when I love a program (or book, movie, or musical piece), I really love how it engages me.
I find most of society's mass entertainment( Music, books, movies, television) is full of substandard material. But should I just give up on all mediums becuase of that? No it just means I cherish the material that does conenct with me.
And again, I do try and samply (at least ont eh tv side) at least on episode of each network show (there are some few exceptions), so I don't blindly exclude material.

I would not say CBS is "VERY Vulnerable" because of the Crime Dramas. Yes, some will come and go, but the Genre, as a wholes, is not showing signs of collapsing.
Crime Dramas are the one genre that has stood the test of time, since the beginning of TV. Not even Sitcoms can say that (unfortunately).
Of all the Networks, CBS is the most stable. ABC is showing serious signs of weakening because of all the Soap/serial dramas. NBC fell because of the dependence on the sitcom and not being able to keep up once the Big guns started retiring
That CW schedule is terrible. Where to begin? I do give them props for ending Crowned in a hurry and not being tempted to rush deliever another one. Maybe CW had a second thought and cancelled it for good. Best of luck with Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious going after Gossip Girl repeats. Those will be some terrible numbers. Sundays will do even worse than previously achieved. How did they manage to do that? Where are their mid-season shows?
Some interesting stuff, but honestly, do you believe that CW is going to go program without an encore of ANTM while encoring Pussycat Dolls instead?
Taking Life is Wild off the schedule is a good move, but Supernatural is also gone. All four comedies are still on the schedule and Farmer Wants a Wife is not?
It looks like only ANTM, Smackdown, Smallville, and CW Now were left in their timeslots.
