Gossip Girl is getting play on MTV I noticed. Not sure if they showed all four episodes, but I think I saw part of the latest edition. Might be able to draw some of the MTV crowd in, well those that were not already there.

If it does comparible numbers on MTV, they might want to move it with the Hills and air in the 10 PM hour. There would be less expectations on MTV. The Hills gets 3 to 4 mil weekly and if Gossip Girl can keep that audience, it would perform better on MTV. Even if it didn't and still got 2 mil, MTV would be happy.

Thanks vlis, ABC will win this week again. I have thought for two weeks that CBS would hold off NBC for second. This might be the week when I am finally right. CBS has what should be a monster game at 4:15 (Belicheat's Pats vs Cowboys)while I'd call the Sunday Night game on NBC (Saints vs Giants) average, even if it is a NY franchise.

The actually Sunday night game is Saints/Seahawks, an even worse matchup.

FOX's 4th Quarter, though not gangbusters, is competitive enough for them to win the season in both Demo AND Viewers!

Regarding the Law & Order: CI comments, I think a 1.7 18-49 on a cable network at 10pm (ET) vs. Without A Trace, ER, and Big Shots was respectable - since all of those shows were in the mid to high 3's 18-49... not to mention two of them had lead-ins of GA and CSI...

I'll actually go out on a limb and say L&O: CI might win the slot 18-49 if NBC put it there.

Sorry for changing the subject however yesterday some were discussing when and where Lost would return in 2008. I just saw this little snippet at TVratingsUsa.com Anyway here it is. Can anyone confirm this?? It was posted on 09/16/07.
