Top Model's makeover episode couldn't even crack 4 million this cycle. Wowee. Anyone else watching this cycle who absolutely HATES the Tyra Scroll thing? Absolutely horrid.
Deal or No Deal fluctuates so much with their original shows...from demos in the 5's to barely cracking the 2's. I bet we'll be seeing more million dollar missions soon.

Yeah, the Million Dollar Mission was great for ratings, but that's the problem with stunt shows. If no one could win the million dollars when there were *13* million dollar cases, it kind of takes away from the drama when there's only one million dollar case. Kind of reminds me of when these games shows have celebrity editions. The ratings spike, and then drop sharply when they go back to regular editions. Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and The Weakest Link come to mind (although I think TWL was already fading by the time they started filling every show with B and C-list celebrities.

They've irrepairably damaged their DOND franchise, just as I warned they'd do as they continued to ride DOND like ABC did with Millionaire a few years ago. They may try more stunts again, but DOND's best days are now behind them.
Having DOND as a lead-in instead of CI apparently really hurt L&O. It's down almost 2 million and .5 in the demo week-to-week. Are we sure it wasn't a repeat?

Was this an original episode of DonD? Holy Shneike's.... talk about some huge ratings fluctuations throughout the year.... NBC might stunt this show into the ground eventually.
Shotty numbers indeed. Looks like MOT holds up better than anything else after AI so far this year. Wonder how NA will do tonight after it's second airing. Prdeictions to go on AI... It better be Luke (should of been gone the first week) and I'm gonna day either Danny or Eze (I just don't like that guy). The girls...Kady (she should of gone last week) and Amanda (one trick pony).
Yeah, DOND only works now with a gimmick. That show will soon fade once someone wins the mil(which NBC doesn't want anytime soon) and starts it's daily syndication run. OVERKILL.
BB9 are low numbers, wonder if they'll rebound this go-round.

I slightly disagree. I don't think the franchise has been "irrepairably" damaged. It DID get some really great numbers just a few short weeks ago, and it didn't do THAT bad last night (considering AI and the whole night in general). For example, I think their idea of going to various DOND international locations should play well during May sweeps, and if they manage to squeeze in another MDM, that should help perk up the numbers. HOWEVER, I do think that if they KEEP abusing this show (i.e. running it 3 times a week, even during the summer [?!?!?!]), then it will go the way of WWTBAM by next winter. I don't think NBC can afford that, considering it is going into syndication in the fall.
