With the Olympics drawing 35-38 million viewers everything it way down. I really don't think it is fair to judge any show be it new or repeat while the Olympics are on. I am sure T:SCC number's along with every other show will pick up after the Olympics.

Kinda dumb imo....I really don't see the appeal of the olympics at all. Besides basketball, I think all of the events are some of the most boringist things I've ever watched. Swimming and gymnastics should NEVER be on tv. They make watching golf and nascar the most exilhrating thing ever.
Swimming and gymnastics are the best part of the olympics IMO. Did you watch the men's freestyle relay last night? You can't get more exciting than that. I would rather watch the sports that I don't normally watch throughout the year; that's the appeal to me. And I think these athletes are incredible.

Even without the Olympics T:SCC probably would have done poorly. Why was FOX airing it on an 'off night' instead of keeping it on the regular Monday timeslot, anyway? Certainly, FOX would have performed better with animated reruns like normal on Sunday night.

I'm sorry I've tried to watch it and it is absoltetely unbearable. I've sat at a 8 hour track meet already a couple times and was tortured there (had to cover it for the school paper) and I felt a similar vibe trying to watch this stuff. No appeal what so ever for me...I will say the basketball games are pretty cool though, although once the usa is done, I have no interest.
And to obvesus, scc is on sunday-thur; it's a marthaon to promote it for the second season, although it won't help. Like I've said many times before, I'm gonna enjoy the series and view it as an extended mini-series to add to my collection of terminator 1 and 2.
This year I'm taking a new approach. I think it will be the last year for scc and prison break, so I'm enjoying them knowing that fox probably will let both run their courses no matter what as long as they stay at 3 million or above, as that is what the oc did for it's fourth season and what k-ville did for its first season. Prison Break should end after this season anyway. No where left for it to go, although it is my favorite show EVER! One tree hill also needs to end this year before it reaches unwatchable....I just have high hopes for 90210, none for privleged (which I will probably drop after the pilot), and big ones for harper's island. I just hope harper's island and 90210 are good and get renewed. I know that lost is on for another two seasons, although I don't enjoy that nearly as much as I want to. At least I know that will be around come next tv season.
