Was Big Shots just not on last night or has it already been taken off the air? I heard it is a pretty bad show so I wouldn't be surprised. Or is it just out of new episodes?

Just had the night off.... conflicting reports.. some say the show is canceled.. others say it's on a break........
Greys Anatomy was awesome, finally the end of Gizzie is near, and the demo (8.1) is awesome, plus a higher than average 19 million against what is probably the biggest event in the history of csi, Greys will rule very soon as sara's fans will not feel the need to watch anymore
I am also shocked at how awful WMC did last night. I actually thought that it would have done extremely well after Greys to merit actually being moved there, guess not. ABC is going to have to keep digging to find a compatible lead out after Greys.

Originally posted by A.C.: Good to see some vindication for BIG SHOTS...I thought it was a decent show...pop something else in there and it does not much better...its simply ABC's deathslot like CBS's Tuesday at 10PM deathslot. Nothing seems like a good fit out of GA...maybe the 8 LOST episodes should go there after all...
But Big Shots numbers were always artificially increased because of a Grey's run over. Marc would post them and point out that, due to the Grey's run over, the first half hour of Big Shots would get 10 some million viewers while the second half hour was dipping into the 6 millions. So, any vindication would depend on if there was a Grey's run over. If not, and the show replacing got almost 9 million viewers on its own (which I believe is better than Big Shots was getting even with a Grey's run over) then the show replacing Big Shots did much better.
Also, what are the typical ratings for Women's Murder Club?
Greys already rules. It continues to beat CSI in the all important demo.

Dammit! Episodes always reflect how the previous episode was received. I knew that god awful episode with Bela last week was going to kill Supernatural this week. This week was the best episode of the season. sobs

A new episode is scheduled for the 29th as of now when Grey's is a repeat.
It should have several more episodes left after that, more than Grey's does. With the strike, I figure they will air somewhere.

Well, I think we know what show won't be getting a change of scenery. Although if just a fourth of the 18-49 viewers who watched last night follow it over to Friday, I bet ABC will be happy.
"30 Rock" was hilarious last night -- even though they missed a chance to take a poke at the spray-on tan crowd. When Edie Falco's character said that the kids were orange, Jack should have gone, "But that's all the rage in Los Angeles."
-- "Better Off Ted," Wednesdays at some time or another at some point or another in the near future. Because we can't all live in mansions and not ever work like the people on "Modern Family."
Club had about the same viewers and 0.3 less demo than Big Shots last week in the fast nats, and Big Shots took a HUGE plummet in finals because of seven minutes of overrun. WMC had just two minutes. So it looks like a push to me, probably a slight advantage to WMC. Meaning WMC should stay on Friday. Thought it was a good idea to try it out, but apparently it didn't work. Might end up being a good move after all if some of the demo follows it tonight.
WAT broke 4.0 for only the third time this year (preem and crossover the other two), meaning the crossover may have had a slight effect on future eps, but not a big one. Viewers very close to last pre-crossover airing.
Second-highest demo this season for The Office. I think it's a bona-fide winner this week. Creatively, it also went out on a solid note, but I'm just sad it's done. 30 Rock also good, though not nearly as good as its Green Week parody.
ABC Maintains 0.2 Lead in A18-49 After 15 Days of the 2007 November Sweep:
After the first 15 days of the November Sweep, ABC continues to maintain the lead in the young adult demo with a first place 3.8 A18-49 average. CBS is second with an average 3.6 in A18-49, while NBC is close behind in third place with a 3.3 average in A18-49 and FOX is just behind the Peacock with a 3.1 A18-49 average. The CW remains mired in fifth with a 1.2 in A18-49 with MyNetworkTV bringing up the rear with its 0.4 in A18-49.
In households and viewership, CBS continues to maintain a very narrow lead over ABC with NBC third, FOX fourth, The CW trailing in fifth and MyNetworkTV bringing up the rear in sixth. Notable also is that MyNetworkTV is just 1,000 viewers shy of averaging 1 million viewers, which is a network high for a Sweep period.
On a year-over-year basis, FOX and MyNetworkTV are the only networks showing year-over-year improvement. The other four networks are mostly down, with year-over-year losses ranging from single digit to double digit percentage declines of young adult demo, households and viewers.

Speaking of available episodes left...can you imagine what this is going to hurt DVD sales when this season of various shows are released in the future with so few episodes to put out on a DVD. They'll have to charge a lot less than they are use to since the full season set will be small.
