If Mork & Mindy counts as 'Sci-fi', Ghost Whisperer most definitely counts as Sci-fi.

Who says Mork & Mindy counts as "sci-fi"?

The Sci-Fi channel. They just made a deal to show M&M reruns.

The sci-fi channel buys syndication rights in bulk. This is why they will have GW soon, but that doesn't make GW sci-fi or fantasy. All you have to do is check for the hard core sci fi fans online and in convention. They'd laugh in your face if you insist either shows has anything to do with the genre.

Because they are taped next to each other and AI starts at 8 and DWTS at 9.

And those in the audience at AI said they popped in for about 5 mins just for the camera shot, then hustled straight out again next commercial break.

Reaper is now pulling more viewers than OTH and Gossip Girl and sometimes Supernatural, i say it will get at least a 13 episode pickup

It should get 22 episodes. its a damn funny show

The fact that CBS is developing a few different Sci-Fi based dramas may be a sign that it will be coupled with one of those new shows.

I would not be surprised if Numbers is moved (say to Tuesdays at 10pm) and Fridays become a "Sci-Fi Fridays" for CBS, with GW, Moonlight and a new Series.

I'm kind of on the fence about Moonlight's renewal. I can see the scenario TV-aholic posits, but I can also see them being reticent to move Numb3rs and just replacing Moonlight with the GW-in-reverse show.

Moonlight will be renewed and should be.
Fact is the show went to Paley Event and not one show at the paley event is cancelled not even the low rated Friday night Lights. Moonlight is a very good vampire show and its buzz is growing over the net like wildfire.

I most definitely would bet on this show returning (add to that that the storyline are getting better and better - particularly since returning from the strike.)

You are only saying that because you don't like the show.

It is a great show

Let's examine the facts : Moonlight is still struggling desite all the publicity and hype and though it wins its timeslot it drops off its lead drastically and cannot even compete with the show following and is only averaging 7-8 millions and low demos which are supposed to be so important to the networks but The Unit was coming in third or second place depending on its competition yet still was averaging approx 10-12 million viewers give or take and at least a 3.0 demos yet did not even get to finish out its third season which would have been nice to see that ..
But yup could see CBS doing this anyway *rolleyes*
I guess CBS wants trash TV and not quality programming which seems to me their motto more and more LOL !!
Moonlight's alright but The Unit's better and always will be ..
Do I sound bitter ? Nope !! .Do I sound resentful ? Nope !!
Do I expect CBS to screw The Unit again ? Yup !!
Thank goodness I found Law & Order to watch on NBC where at least there is one quality program and one network who values quality .
My prediction : CBS loses the most money and the most viewership and why it is being called the Crappy Broadcasting Station ..

Now i think you can't defend that you are a fan of Moonlight you are actually calling it crappy. So i guess i was right you don't like Moonlight at all. i knew it the way you talked about it. You can't weassle you out of this one and saying you are just an honest fan;-)

LOL, let's see if that buzz that is growing translates into any extra viewers on Friday.

I was recently at a sporting event like that. You could see a rush of 'posse' bring in a music star to sit in the front row at the game. The Jumbotron/intercom announced he was there and, no doubt, the TV coverage got a few good shots of him watching the game. Then, a minute later his entire group was gone again. I was left wondering how much money the sports arena/team spent just to get that one TV shot pretending that the musical guest was actually a fan of the sports team.

And a lot of this buzz is associated with articles about "bubble shows" or "in danger of cancellation".

You better hope the buzz does a better job that it has for Wildfire, since that show got cancelled. Wink
wildfire.com is sending horseshoes and hay to ABC Family studios in their 'internet buzz' campaign?

Friday: Unchanged.

The Unit is also gone.

Not a bad lineup. Don't disagree with any of the move except Cold Case. It is not a 10pm Show, especially on Sunday's. It should be moved to a slot that can be used for a new show come 2009-10 season. I think it only has 1 season left in it.
