Don't care what the ratings turn out to be... my show is back (and not just in an airing episodes way).
I'm still waiting for the third season of my show to begin. But that's not to say this show isn't moderately entertaining. It's just not as good--and even Newsweek, in the midst of telling fans not to panic and make too big a deal out of the decline, admits the decline is real. And quite possibly permanent.

The only bad part about last night's episode was the complete lack of the original castaways (but I was prepared for that by a no-spoiler review I read online).
Well, not everyone has the luxury of being so well-prepared as you, Travis.

The episode instead was amazing. I couldn't have cared less about Lost this fall. I am not completely back to drinking the Kool-Aid. A total 180. I *hope* the show keeps this up.
I'm not even sure I consider this the best episode of the season, but it's far from the worst, and hopefully they'll improve.

As far as the ratings...
No, I doubt those will be improving much.

they're fine (if not as high as I'd hoped they'd be after the hiatus).
They're very far from fine, when you consider this show's potential audience, and how much it costs to produce, and how much effort and money ABC has spent promoting it. CBS is crowing. ABC is cringing. It's a loss, pure and simple. ABC will try to spin it, but the flagship is no more. It's just a little outrigger canoe. Well, as long as it stays afloat.
Oh well, if Newsweek says so, then its no longer a matter of opinion. ITS A FACT PEOPLE!

Hi. It stands for Dawn Of The Dead Network. Officially, it's DOTDN. However, the VMFC got together and decided that only the first 2 letters were necessary. It's easier to remember this way. This is because it's the first word of the VMFC motto that all lifetime members chant when staring dreamily at their lifesize posters of KB and drooling uncontrollably - "DO ME! DO ME! DO ME!"
VMFC? KB? You just leave more questions.
Sometimes the abbreviating here goes a little too far
