The year-ago Tuesday included the extremely strong debut of 5th Grader, which probably makes up for most and maybe even all of the decline. It looks like Back to You only did a little better than half of what 5th Grader did.

Yes but it has been down a bit much all season. No? So, I am not sure about the "leaking oil" reference, which, to me, refers to a show that continues an accelerated loss of viewers week after week. In addition (as you stated) that is 17% for the night including BTY. I believe last year was a two hour edition ( or was it 5th Grader debut?)of AI which if true would expain the drop (either way).
