What follows are the fast affiliate results for Friday, May 23, broken out overall and by network per half hour. Now that the traditional (September to May) TV season over, get used to these pesky repeats!

These are poor numbers to make that comparison. All repeats + Memorial Day weekend = very low numbers. Tonight will probably look like CW numbers across the board.

Don't know about you, but I'm looking forward to some of those shows, esp Christian Slater's, Merlin and The Listener. I'll skip the Office spinoff and Knight Rider, just as I never bothered with the shows that spawned them. Still on the fence about Kath and Kim, as I'm not exactly a big sitcom fan.
Marc can just take a break posting Friday numbers for the summer at this rate. Judging by the number of posts on this topic, there isn't much to talk about.
The only thing that caught my attention was how well NBC's Most Outrageous Moments repeats on Friday. If they held off airings and aired new material, they would have been squarely in first place by a large margin.
That and definately CW is going to miss Smackdown once it ends. There is no way the comedies and encores are going to get those ratings on Friday. In fact, they won't even get half of those ratings.

The fact that we saw nothing in terms of content for 3/4 of this just means I have really nothing to say when it comes to the new shows. My Own Worst Enemy looks the best to me, but perhaps that's because its the only series that had real footage. Knight Rider, Crusoe, the Office Spinoff- forget about it. The Philanthropist- what's the point- sounds like they basically tried to script Oprah's Big Give. Merlin- sounds like a better made for tv movie. Kings- again, what's the point. I just notice a reoccurring theme with all of these shows in that they seem to be going after limited audiences. Its almost like they're putting out 5 or 6 more Journeymans, which probably wasn't a terrible series, but premiering after Heroes coupled with having complicated storylines and plots doesn't sound all that appealing.
Don't listen to him Marc. We love your postings, no matter how little the actual Ratings numbers are. Its the interaction we like about the site.

I don't think the numbers are all that bad considering that its was an all-repeat "summer" holiday weekend Friday.
If you think about those numbers, they are a little better than the average Weekday numbers for NBC.
