This is one of the problems with cable monopolies.

No, the ability to use a roof antenna or a satellite dish does not mean cable companies don't have a monopoly. Until we can change cable companies like we can phone companies, they'll still be "cable monopolies", with limited choices of packages and ever increasing rates.
