Has anyone watched the Flash Forward Pilot screener yet?

I watched 15 minutes and then turned it off. I tried to like it, but found it very dull - it tried too hard to be the next Lost.

CBS is the only network capable to launch new shows with this kind of numbers. Not even AI can launch an 18 millions new show

You'd think with all of the money they save on Production costs here, they could splurge a little on the writing budget.

I've watched the entire episode. A well done show. Based on the opening segment, I can see where people will try to compare it to LOST, but I don't beleive that's where it's heading.

I loved it too. And I am very impressed and pleased that a large amount of viewers watched it along with me too.

Good Nielsens for 'The Good Wife', which may have finally lifted the 'Judging Amy' curse for the Tuesday at 10 pm timeslot on CBS.

Yes, they could, if they did perhaps - American Idol - Miami or American Idol - NY.

CBS kicked butt, 20M for NCIS and NCIS:LA is a hit also.

I liked Privileged, see CW should have kept it.

They're still overwhelmed by being on primetime, and struggling with the start-up.

Maybe it'll never improve, but Leno has been in the comedy business all his life--he KNOWS when he's bombing. And he knows how to crack the whip, and push for funnier material. So given that we're all agreed the show is going to be around a while, he's got time to improve it. And he better.

Dear Dumont,

Wasn't it you who was plastering pics of people yawning in response to CBS's New Fall Show announcements? Yes, I distinctly remember you doing that and sending me notes touting ABC's new fall schedule. I was thrilled!! Now you have the nerve to curse both The Good Wife and Accidentally on Purpose with your endorsements.

I"m very upset. Dumont, Please stop watching CBS and keep your TV tuned into MyNetwork where it belongs. Perhaps in return for the favor, I can send you a lost episode of Wicked Wicked Games.

Sincerely,
Les Moonves,
President of CBS & loving husband to the amazing Julie Chen.

PS - Can you also stop watching The Early Show. My wife needs some ratings here!

Agreed. But hey he's still better than all the late shows combined. Late shows on broadcast television

More the next Defying Gravity, but with the cinematography of the Life on Mars discarded pilot. 15 minutes is about the time I managed to watch too.

Leno a loser? NBC should be thrilled with those numbers

NBC is probably having a party over those numbers for Leno, especially considering the amazing debut ratings for CBS' Good Wife.

The Good Wife was actually older skewing than Leno. Ditto for the Forgotten. I still think its a one and done. The Forgotten likely will be too. If both shows were on each others networks they would probably be doing better.

Really liked TGW but those numbers are worrying, the retention out of NCISLA was so-so and it skewes older. Might have the faith of the last two legal shows on CBS: CTH and Shark.

The point is that CBS takes no risks. Clearly it works at times but viewers will eventually grow tired of NCIS, just like they have with the CSI's and their clones.
