Also im really happy for Law and Order it on it 18th season and is getting preety good ratings against CSI:NY.
There are only so many viewers at 10pm and L&O get a good chunk of it.
By the way, I think last night episode of Law and Order was really good.
Marc,
Why would you put them on the losers list.
I quess i would understand puting Til Death there but at least put BTY on the honorable mentions for build out on Til Death.
I felt Deal or No Deal kind of hit the wall when President Bush appeared on it. Is it getting THAT much overkill? I think he would've faired better on Idol...

HMmm that would be tough. CSI is on a minimum of 3 hours a week but sometimes reruns bring it up to 4 or 5. Deal or no deal isn't always on 3 nights, but has had a lot of 90 minute or 2 hours specials. I'd have to say the CSIs have the slight edge

The problem with the top 3 stage of the competition is that people always end up thinking that one is gonna make it -- think Melinda Doolittle last year. David Archeleta is just about every poll (tv guide, dialidol) i've seen has lost some of his appeal -- i wish he would sing some more upbeat songs instead of the boring ballads he sings -- and syesha who has been at the bottom more times than any contestant I can remember - will pull out all the stops. I hope for a david/david finale but i don't think it's as sure a thing as people think it is.

The real shocker will be next week when Syesha makes it to the top 2 with David Cook.
I think Til Death and Back To You's numbers are downright awful. Look at their numbers compared to the numbers that BBT and HIMYM put up in the same time slot on Monday, and against ten times more competition, and it is downright ridiculous. If these two are not losers with those numbers against little competition, than there is no loser list.

I'm worried about L&O's decline, esp in light of the creative improvement. Anyone else thinks Anthony Anderson is an excellent addition, and that in fact, he has more personality than Jesse L. Martin and Benjamin Brat combines?
I'm always happy to see the demise of reality shows, whether it is Farmer wants a Wife, Wife Swap or the despicable American Idol. Same goes for game shows like DoND. The less of those - the merrier.

Now remember BBT and HIMYM are on CBS and TD and BTY are on fox.
CBS has always had better number when it comes to comedys.
I read something a while back where Garrett said something nasty to a black TMZ photographer. I'm not a fan of Garrett or "'Til Death" and I wish both would just go away.

But now ABC has killed any momentum and will result in a lower rated sweeps airings. Anyone with a brain knows Barbara could've aired the final week of sweeps.

With most everything down from last weeks numbers, I am sure it would have slide down too.
